I am a Diamond Member of the South Sydney Club and was extremely disappointed with the ticketing arrangements for our final game, which was transferred to Allianz Stadium.

As a Diamond Member, I expected that our seat allocation would be comparable to our normal membership seating arrangements. Instead, we were allocated seats in the top tier, well away from our usual seating area. This was particularly disappointing given the level of membership and the cost of the tickets.

A further issue is the lack of clear information provided to supporters when purchasing tickets online. The Ticketek website identifies which seats are available for purchase, but there is no clear indication of where the South Sydney supporters are located.

This creates a significant problem. Supporters who want to sit together and support their team should be able to easily identify the designated South Sydney supporter bays when purchasing their tickets. Instead, we can purchase what appear to be suitable seats, only to arrive at the stadium and discover that we are surrounded by opposition supporters.

This can create unnecessary stress and detracts from what should be an enjoyable experience at the football. We are paying significant amounts for our tickets and reasonably expect Ticketek to provide sufficient information to allow us to choose seats in the appropriate supporter areas.

I strongly recommend that Ticketek clearly identifies the supporter bays for each team on its ticketing platform, so supporters can select seats in the appropriate sections and sit together with their fellow team supporters.

I hope Ticketek takes this feedback seriously and improves the ticketing experience for supporters in future games.

Process is good and includes informative emails prior to the event

Seating was far better on Level 1 than Qualifying Final (Level 3) and people around us were friendly and LOUD.
Too bad that ticket distribution through Ticketmaster seems to be 'pot luck' regardless of when I join the online ticket queue.

The seating was great & the acoustics perfect!!

Everything was great and easy. The only thing that was disappointing was the cost of parking which was a bit expensive. But seating for the footy is much better than Qudos.

It was a nightmare trying to get the tickets, whenever I got in it would take me to a setating map and not go any further took me a dozen times at least, very stressful

Was so easy to put a ticket up for sale. Never done it before but was successful first time round. Just waiting on my refund 🤞

I followed all the instructions after purchasing 2 tickets online. I have the Ticket Master App on my mobile phone as well as wallet so I added the tickets to my wallet. However, when I arrived at the venue and produced my mobile, it only showed one ticket. The staff at the entrance to the venue were unable to find a second ticket and redirected me to the ticket office inside the building to confirm my tickets, even though I had the printed email confirming the purchase of the 2 tickets in my hand.
Not only was this embarrassing as we were holding up the people behind us, it was very cold and my wife, who has mobility issues and is 84 years of age, was left standing in the line , was not offered a seat or the opportunity to go inside the venue while I went to the ticket office. Here the staff member was able to scan? my phone and then print me the 2 tickets but could not or would not, explain why the tickets had not displayed as per the directions indicated. All in all a very
unsatisfying experience which will leave us having second thoughts re attending the same venue for future concerts.
As my wife has difficulty with stairs, a staff member directed us to an area well to the right of where we shout we would be sitting, and produced 2 chairs from ? These chairs were metal and most uncomfortable for both of us. Again, this left us feeling we were let down in what we had anticipated would be a show to remember. We at least got that right, but for all the wrong reasons. The score I gave is probably over- inflated .
Not impressed I'm sorry to say.

Your ticketing purchase window is annoying. With limited time , we need to scroll to find the right price and hope once clicked that we were the first to click or we waste time having to go back and repeat. And why have a start time if you can jump in a queue and wait and be placed anywhere once it opens. Most people have jobs that can't afford to sit and wait for our number to come up. Very poor system.

Easy to use site, quick service and confirmations, easy to download tickets and access everything.

Everything was great except transferring tickets to my brother - had difficulty transferring them through sms

Public transport is the way to go.
Entrance through security and then ticket scanning was seamless.
Seats were excellent and getting away from the ground was smooth
