Disappointing purchase

Disappointing purchase. This docking station doesn't even come with a power adapter. Most docking stations should include one, but I have to buy it separately or use my own. It feels like a rip-off.

Two GPU's, neither worked.

I ordered a gpu in the app, it arrived quickly but was damaged. So I took it to my local CeX store and had it exchanged with another, and that one had no video output (tested on three different pc's with a pc savvy friend to help). So I returned that one at the same store for a refund.

The store clerks were helpful and appropriate, but not overly friendly or smiley in my interactions with them.

Basically a waste of my time, I ended up purchasing through another online store, and this gpu works.

As we deal in used goods, all items are tested before being bought in and resold. However, electronic products can sometimes develop unexpected faults despite passing initial checks. Incorrect condition reporting

Some of my apple watch bands labeled as A condition were stained badly and slightly ripped.

Good experience

I love the laptop and glad i could get it second hand as i wanted to see if laptop gaming and work was for me and it is!

Only negitive i would give is box was semi opend When it arrived and the vents have tons of dust in them but otherwise great buy.

A bad idea.

This is the second case I bought from CeX for Apple AirPod pros, both times they were broken. First time only one AirPod would charge and when I purchased another (a decision which in hindsight seems stupid) the case wouldn’t charge at all. When taken into store the people were fantastic about repairs and very apologetic but it seems there is a total disregard for the technology they sell. Disappointing to say the least.

Delayed refund

I eventually received my refund, but the process to get there was far more difficult than it should have been.

It took six emails, repeated follow-ups, and ongoing pressure just to resolve what should have been a straightforward customer service issue. At multiple points, communication felt vague and inconsistent, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating and left me with very little confidence that the matter was being handled properly.

A refund should not require this level of persistence from a customer.

While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, the overall experience was disappointing and far below what I would expect from a large retailer.
