Please accept my unreserved apologies on receiving an incorrect item, and I understand the disappointment caused.

Our items are listed as per their specifications, but we can never negate the factor of human error. I have raised this with the store management so their buy-in and dispatch procedures can be reassessed based on the findings.

We deal in second-hand goods, and all items presented to us for sale are tested thoroughly before they are brought in. We verify the serial numbers with the regulatory database to determine whether they are lost or stolen, and they are purchased only once they've cleared all checks.

There are rare occurrences where items are reported as lost or stolen after they have been tested and sold to us. In such cases, we readily offer an outcome after a few checks so our customers aren't impacted.

I understand that you’ve returned the console, and good to know that a refund has been issued to the original mode of payment as per our online returns policy.

Once dispatched, we endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days, but ask to allow up to 28 days as items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across Australia, and this time also allows for any lost orders to be traced and delivered.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with both laptops and the concerns raised regarding the refund process. I understand this has caused significant disappointment.

 As we deal in used goods, we carefully check all items before buying them, however, due to its capricious nature, electronic items can sometimes develop issues without anyone's fault. If this occurs, we can sort it out for our customers as per the applicable warranty procedures.

With regard to refunds, the resolution offered can depend on the return timeframe and the information is availabe on FAQ section of our website. Being in the business of pre-owned goods, the items may exhibit signs of usage but they are tested by us. Additionally, they are given a quick wipe before they are sold further. That being said, your review will be forwarded as feedback to the store.
