My only problem was that the second hand product did not come cleaned. There were permanent marker marks and the charging port was dirty as well.

What I received wasn't the official…

What I received wasn't the official sega version as listed, I wanted to try again as another unit was listed, but they couldn't confirm if what they had listed would have been the correct item, and just send it back if not, but couldn't get myself to try again, as I don't trust it anymore...

We deal in second-hand goods, and all items presented to us for sale are tested thoroughly before they are brought in. We verify the serial numbers with the regulatory database to determine whether they are lost or stolen, and they are purchased only once they've cleared all checks.

There are rare occurrences where items are reported as lost or stolen after they have been tested and sold to us. In such cases, we readily offer an outcome after a few checks so our customers aren't impacted.

I understand that you’ve returned the console, and good to know that a refund has been issued to the original mode of payment as per our online returns policy.

awful company

awful scamming company bought two laptops from them, both crashed and wouldn't start back up, first laptop I bought they refused cash refund and gave voucher $30 less than I paid for. 2nd laptop died about hour after receiving refused cash refund at first but looks like they're going to now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL FAULTY DEVICES FOR DOUBLE TO TRIPLE WHAT THEY PAY FOR THEM better off buying refurbished devices off ebay

 As we deal in used goods, we carefully check all items before buying them, however, due to its capricious nature, electronic items can sometimes develop issues without anyone's fault. If this occurs, we can sort it out for our customers as per the applicable warranty procedures.

With regard to refunds, the resolution offered can depend on the return timeframe and the information is availabe on FAQ section of our website. I understand from your review that the second laptop is now being processed for a cash refund, and I hope this is resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Arrived full of dust.

When my item arrived it was full of dust and the controller was broken and very very worn. I would have thought the description of the products would state how worn it was. And I expected it to be at very least clean.
