could not purchase 2 seniors tickets to last swans game at the scg

3 hours on the phone to purchase accessible seating tickets to Optus Stadium is a joke.
Customers service didn’t know how to get tickets. Wanted to me to contact Optus Stadium directly.
Extremely frustrating process and tickets still haven’t appeared in my app.

The gig was good. But the fees and charges ticketing companies add in are despicable.

Send you an email saying you're welcome to a refund if you can't make the new date a year away when a band has rescheduled.....BUT WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. the chat says no because I put it in my digital wallet and customer service don't respond. Wtf are you supposed to do when you receive a ticket....leave it in your email where it can get lost of deleted or PUT IT IN YOUR DIGITAL WALLET LIKE THEY TELL YOU TO.
I want my money back.

Getting tickets and sharing tickets is always a nightmare with Ticketmaster. This time was no exception

What a great show! We enjoyed all of the music and dancing. An uplifting experience.

I went with my family expecting decent seats but had to turn 90deg to see any action as the seats are not close to facing the middle of the field plus the only screen available is approximately 130m away at about 120deg. Will not sit in these seats again

Easy to use app, tickets easy to transfer to other guests and tickets available in my apple wallet.

Pretty poor experience overall. Customer Service doesn't seem focused on actually helping customers, which is a bit ironic. After explaining multiple times that the proposed solution didn't address my issue, I still wasn't offered a viable alternative. I found that quite disappointing and unhelpful.

Members who are eligible for a presale should have the option to select where they would like to sit. This would enable them to choose their usual seats. I know this option was available to the general public which doesn't seem fair.

The seats i picked were so good. The show was quute different than any other musical so extra good. The ushers were very polite and helpful

Ticketmaster reached out to me when I inadvertently made a duplicate booking for the same event. When I explained what happened, Ticketmaster arranged a refund for me with the event organiser and kept me in the loop.

I hated having to get an app. It was so hard to manage as it's set up so you have to log in even though you don't have an account.

As a Sydney Swans member and being invited to the pre-sale I would imagine I would get more choice as to where in the stadium I can buy a ticket. I felt like I was shopping at a communist supermarket in 1980. I wait in the queue and told: You can have this sausage or go to the back of the queue. Well I didn't want that sausage, so I went to the back of the queue and I when I get to the front I was offered the same sausage, which by this time I felt I had no choice but to take. Later in the week I had a look at available tickets available to the general public and lo and behold the Berlin Wall had come down and there they were. All the sausages I could have asked for were available! What is the point of being a member (of the party)??

It is always a fun experience booking front row tickets at the SCG during the AFL season as it's amazing watching the Sydney Swans team in actiom at every home game

Was impressed with only 4 in the cast for the whole show doing it all.
My girlfriends and I had such an amazing afternoon and had so much to talk about over coffee and cake afterwards.

Every single year when it comes time to book football finals tickets I have a shocking experience with Ticketmaster and this year was no exception. First when I logged onto my account on my computer the site claimed I was a bot and wouldn't allow me to buy tickets. I then tried to access it on my mobile and the site froze. I then tried my work mobile and finally it let me select tickets, although the selection process was very confusing. It wouldn't allow me to select the seats I wanted in my normal bay and it kept trying to assign me seats up in the nose bleed section which it claimed were the "best seats". Clearly the site has been set up to try and sell the most expensive tickets instead of the tickets people actually want. I had to refresh 6 times until I was able to get decent seats. And after all that I got charged a booking fee even though no-one actually provided any kind of service. If I could give less than 1 star for this experience I would.

The lack of being able to select a bay i wanted during pre sale is a really poor user experience. The option was there for general public so why both doing pre sale if you get screwed and not what you are after.

Additionally I was online 20min prior and in the waiting room and felt like I went to the back of queue at the start of the sale given it logged me out.

The whole user experience needs work.
