Knowledge of salesman and a clear presentation of the options.

This dealership has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After paying a holding deposit, I informed them I could no longer proceed due to being involved in a car accident and dealing with a huge amount of stress. Instead of showing even basic decency, they’ve ignored every single email and attempt at contact since, and even failed to return a phone call they promised to do. The silence is unbelievable. No updates, no acknowledgement, nothing. I’ve had to escalate the issue to BMW UK because the dealership simply will not respond. For a brand that prides itself on “premium service,” this has been anything but. If this is how they treat someone before a sale, I dread to think what the aftercare would be like if you had a problem with the car. Completely misjudged this place — the service is shocking, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of respect for customers.

Long story short…fault came on car 2 wks after purchase (which I appreciate can happen)…but being told by booking in service it’ll be 3 months before they can get your vehicle in and no courtesy car will be provided and that is how it is…
Eventually I got to speak to a sales manager who sorted a date for in a months time to be looked at…
Sales good which you would expect ..after sales very very disappointing especially from a main dealer…!

A professional and genuinely friendly service. Good range and knowledge of the cars on offer. Showroom was clean and inviting. Though car park can sometimes be busy, there’s usually a member of staff on hand to assist. Highly recommended

You could not make a timed appointment for a diagnostic test only a date.

I arrived and within a couple of hours the car was checked and I was ony way home.

Excellent service and the engineer explained what was done.

Although my car had done only 700 miles they checked everything including a video of the vehicle.

Hannah booked the car in, met us on arrival and was very polite. Lovely personality - just what your customers require. Although Hannah said they would hope to have the car ready by 1700hrs it was in fact ready at 1230hrs. Your coffee was very much appreciated and your receptionist the perfect host.

My first time dealing with Audi and I had a very nice experience from start to finish. Andy looked after me throughout the process and made everything quick, easy and straightforward. He was professional, friendly and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. I’m super happy with my car and I’ll definitely be staying with Audi for my future cars.
