Any issues ironed out quickly. Buying a car is one of those things you don’t think to ask until you need to know.Its a complex process so ensure you have time which is easy at Hitchin as you can grab a complimentary coffee whilst you wait.Be prepared to know what you want as there’s so much choice.

Had excellent service this week and, for me, customer service is what makes the real difference when choosing where to return as a customer.
On arrival there was hardly any wait at all — within a few minutes one of the service team ladies welcomed me over to her desk. She was friendly, warm, professional and genuinely made the experience pleasant from the outset.
We changed the Audi E-Tron GT 12v battery, not because of a fault, but as preventative maintenance knowing these can begin to lose power approaching four years old. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally throughout.
Excellent service and being made to feel valued as a customer is incredibly important, and this experience certainly reflected that.
We are considering a second Audi after July, so will continue looking at their website. We are keeping the GT, just need another car, so we will definitely be back

This dealership has been an absolute nightmare…
This dealership has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After paying a holding deposit, I informed them I could no longer proceed due to being involved in a car accident and dealing with a huge amount of stress. Instead of showing even basic decency, they’ve ignored every single email and attempt at contact since, and even failed to return a phone call they promised to do. The silence is unbelievable. No updates, no acknowledgement, nothing. I’ve had to escalate the issue to BMW UK because the dealership simply will not respond. For a brand that prides itself on “premium service,” this has been anything but. If this is how they treat someone before a sale, I dread to think what the aftercare would be like if you had a problem with the car. Completely misjudged this place — the service is shocking, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of respect for customers.

Long story short…fault came on car 2 wks after purchase (which I appreciate can happen)…but being told by booking in service it’ll be 3 months before they can get your vehicle in and no courtesy car will be provided and that is how it is…
Eventually I got to speak to a sales manager who sorted a date for in a months time to be looked at…
Sales good which you would expect ..after sales very very disappointing especially from a main dealer…!
