Wonderful experience Stratstone Mini Milton Keynes
We had been searching for a Mini for our daughter. After a massive let down elsewhere, we found the right spec at Stratstone MiniMilton Keynes. I called in the evening and the following day a lovely guy called Mark rang me back. We set up a test drive for the Saturday.
Arrived to a friendly and professional greeting. Talked through the car, the history, ownership. Before the test drive Mark showed us around the car. Car was thoroughly clean inside and outside. Paintwork spotless as well as interior. The car had received a full service on trade in and MOT. We had such confidence in Mark and the dealership it was an easy decision to buy the car. Thank you, in particular to Mark. Great guy.

I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron from Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes, and while there were some initial issues during the sales process that caused real concern, the experience was completely turned around thanks to Dominic Esposito.(GM Sales Milton Keynes Audi)
When things weren’t going smoothly, Dominic personally stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and made it his mission to put things right. His response was immediate, his communication was clear and consistent, and his commitment to resolving the issues was genuine. I’ve been a customer of Shrewsbury Audi for quite some time and in that period I have received great service.
On my latest visit my customer service representative was Joel who was previously an Audi technician and really knows his stuff.

Poor service from premium brand
I have used this dealership reasonably frequently over the last three years, Unfortunately it has never been a pleasant experience. I bought a mercedes as a premium brand but the service here is anything but premium, They overcharge for everything and you have to challenge them constantly on the pricing structure. My last repair was a fiasco, I had to take the car back at least twice to have a rectification, The time before was no better as I had to return twice again. I have lost confidence in this dealership to be able to offer a good service at a reasonable price.I have tried to reconcile my concerns with the dealer principal but its just about making money from customers in my opinion and he wasn't as understanding as I believed he could have been. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This experience will make me doubt buying Mercedes in the future.

Been to worse LR service centres but expect your car not to be done on time, responses slow [if at all] and interestingly some replacement items charged for that I do not wholly believe were actually done. Across the brand LR does not seem to get it right in terms of post sale CS, which when it is actually very easy to get right, just shows the customer is not a priority.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Stratstone BMW Leeds. I was interested in a BMW 3 Series (YH20DCF) listed at £18,999. I contacted them, spoke with a representative, and was planning to visit on Sunday to see the car.
The moment I mentioned I was a cash buyer, the story changed. I was suddenly told the car was "sold". However, the car remained live on their website for days after. When I enquired again through a different agent, I was told it was available, only to be told shortly after that it was sold AGAIN.
To make matters worse, I was then passed to another agent who tried to find me an "alternative." He sent me details for a car that "matched my criteria" but had slightly more miles—only for it to be the EXACT same car I had originally enquired about. It seems they are using this car as "bait" to get leads or they are only interested in customers taking out finance deals rather than cash buyers.
I have been passed from one person to another (William, Hamish, Charlie), receiving conflicting information every time. Even a week later, the car is still appearing online while they tell me it's gone. This is not the professional service I expected from a BMW main dealer. Completely untrustworthy and a waste of time.

The service was seamless and efficient. Elaine was very helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Within 6 hours the full service and MOT were complete and I was in and out in 5 minutes upon dropping and picking my car up. I purchased this car from this location as well as get it regularly serviced from Stratstone Mercedes in Glasgow and highly recommend that you do both for your next Mercedes and next service!
