Thank you, Destiny.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Destiny Burke at Stratsone JLR, Milton Keynes for the outstanding support she provided during a very difficult time with my car issues.

From the very beginning, Destiny was professional, kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly reassuring. She kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, regularly updating me and making sure I always knew what was happening. Her communication and customer care were absolutely exceptional.

What truly stood out was her ability to manage stressful situations with such calmness, empathy, and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly capable, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the experience easier for me.

What started as a horrible and stressful situation became far more manageable thanks to Destiny’s support, dedication, and genuine care. She turned a very difficult experience into one that felt supported and handled with compassion.

Destiny is a real credit to JLR, and she deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible work she does. Thank you so much, Destiny — I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

Various frustrating issues

Had various, frustrating issues unfortunately. Having taken ages to find someone to help me book a valet (have a valet package), then my electric flap stopped opening so had to book it in for that. Was told you could not do both at the same time in Chelmsford, had to be two separate days. Also just to check electric flap needed diagnostics which would have cost me over £200 if I had not had extended warranty. First appointment for diagnostics was cancelled with no explanation. When I took it in for the actual appointment, I heard nothing all day. Tried calling the Service team three times, nobody answered. Left message with Sales team for Service team to call me, they did not. When I called for fourth time and spoke to someone, was told that diagnostic appointments were 2 days! At no point did anybody tell me this when booking. Second day came and went, no contact whatsoever. I had to rearrange personal appointments as I did not have a car. On third day someone called to say all sorted - a £30 part (actuator) needed replacing, which took a very short amount of time. All to be without a car for three days. Not looking forward to the parking ticket either which I will inevitably get for the second time as there were no spaces in the car park when I dropped the car off. I also don't think the car was moved from the time I dropped it off until the third day, so may even get multiple tickets. To say I am disappointed in the after service from Mercedes in recent months is an understatement.

Brilliant visit!

I had a service completed whilst I waited.. the staff were fab and really helpful.. there was a nice little seating area where I was able to work from and a free coffee machine (which was actually pretty good coffee). I was in and out an hour earlier than expected which was great! Thank you so much 🙂

Professional and friendly service…

My car was in for a repair and the process, including the repair and courtesy car, was very smooth. All staff were friendly and efficient with a special mention to Clare who kept me well informed on progress and was very professional and courteous.

Pure greed utter sales driven

Pure greed utter sales driven, customer service is all an affront, wait till you have a problem they quick to blame everything else but not take responsibility, as soon as you cogent them with truth n facts they will abruptly ignore you and your facts!

Thorough and efficient service all round. The complete service took about 4 hours. Got our B-Class regularly serviced at Wakefield Mercedes, since we purchased the car in 2019. Still running smoothly. Other than consumables, no additional parts required replacing. Was well looked after by Kiera.

Customer service is always good.

Customer service is always good.
In my opinion though with such a big building, there should be some new cars to view while waiting and brochure and magazines available to read while waiting. Just seems to me there is a huge waste of space

Audi Manchester

Took my car into Audi Manchester with a rear parking sensor issue. They diagnosed that there was a fault in the system and had 'reset' the sensors and to bring it back if any further error. Following this the parking sensors were worse than before and so I decided to call into Audi Stockport who told me that the parking sensors cannot be reset. I then contacted Audi Manchester and happened to get through to stratstone customer service who arranged an appointment for 11 May...this was quite a while away. I arrived on 11th May expecting the issue to be looked at (my car is
under warranty)however, upon arrival it was clear that the decision had been made that this issue would not be dealt with under warranty, nor my concerns taken seriously. The customer care here is extremely poor. Whilst I accept that some ussues cannot be dealt with
under warranty, the treatment I have received from Audi Manchester is wholly unacceptable. I have contacted Stratstone Uk to log a complaint however this will not be dealt with until 18th May (if at all judging by other reviews) this coincides with my warranty running
out.
In my view Audi Manchester are incompetent and untrustworthy and I would not recommend.

Crooks and more. Staff fired every week.

Crooks and more.

Beware at all costs of doing anything through this dealership. They’re crooks. Simple as. They are cowards and will shy away from issues and ban you from the dealership when they’re overwhelmed. The men there are not men, there soft woman and have no b*lls to step up to the plate. Most noticeable Michael Rahlr.

Staff fired left right and centre including Ross most recently fired last Friday.

They’re a joke of a centre
