Score Jewelry Omdömen

I never trust ordering online since I usually have bad luck. I had an issue with an order and within a couple of hours the company went above and beyond to help me get a very important wedding ring in time. They sign as exceptional customer service and they for sure are!!! You can trust them and the ring is beautiful. It’s nice to buy from a company you can count on. I’ll for sure order more from them!

They were helpful, sincere, and kind. The rings came out beautifully especially since we customized it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Score jewelry’s customer service and product quality were above and beyond my expectations! Due to COVID we had to change our wedding date. Score was able to engrave the new date in the ring. Also the ring was a half size small (my fiancé was unsure of his ring size) and Score made a new ring for free with only shipping cost which was so generous since the ring we received was already personalized. They were in touch with me through my emails and had quick response time. Great to deal with!

To all,

As an international customer, from the USA, score personally saw-me-through all of my technical inexperiences to order (the world's first?) Hexidecimal counting rings.. Superior to competitors wanting thousands of dollars and expecting CAD models and prototypes.

Thank you Score!

We found their rings through Etsy when first looking for wedding rings. Awhile later, we tried to find the same circuit board ring again but could not find it. I contacted the customer support just to see if there was a way to make a similar version. They responded back almost immediately and helped me find the exact ring. They gave me the link to their website and everything. I was very impressed with how quick they were with getting back to me. After ordering, it took just about the listed 2 to 3 weeks for production and then it shipped. It does take time to get the ring, but it was definitely worth the wait. The customer service was great with updating me within a day of anytime I contacted them. I got the ring and it is amazing! Definitely worth the price compared to most wedding ring websites. It is unique and looks flawless! I will see how it stands the test of time and wear n tear but even if I tear it up, I will be buying a replacement from Score Jewelry for sure!

I ordered a ring but it came in the wrong size. It was so beautiful and Score Jewelery has offered to replace it for free with the right size and I cover shipping. We are looking forward to the wedding band for our ceremony in June. Thanks so much! My husband loves the 6 mm tungsten ring.

I ordered a ring and they were able to rush it to me. It arrived in time however it was the wrong size and we are in the process of getting that replaced now.

Poor Quality and communication shut off.

I wrote a review with 5 stars for score Jewelry in 2019 because I ordered the wrong finish on my wedding band. They replaced it with the right one for $20.00 shipping. I was very impressed by this. I got married on July 20, 2019. I have worn the ring for about 2 months and it began to tarnish and the color is wearing off. I have been in contact with them over and over again since October/November 2019 about this. They said I had to go through ESTY because I guess that's how I purchased it(I thought I was on score jewelry site online) Anyway, I did and after many emails, I have stopped hearing from them. They did offer me another one for more $$. I am devastated. All I want is a new ring with a guarantee of its durability or an upgraded one that will have a guarantee, and to be able to talk with someone about the ring quality and why this happened.
I have saved all correspondence with them and have sent in a report to the better business bureau. Like many, I was so happy at first but be careful about your product and how it will wear! Broken heart!

BEAUTIFUL! The rings I ordered for my fiancé were the most beautiful things a nerdy couple like us could have hoped for. The inscription was perfect, and they quality and value of the rings were fantastic.

I accidentally put the wrong size for them, and instead of having to panic, their customer service team helped me out right away to order a new one for our special day. My fiancé is SO excited to wear his Playstation ring, and I get to have one as well.

Thank you so much for your awesome customer service, it was a pleasure shopping with you. And I will definitely recommend you guys!

There needs to be a zero star cuz this “company” is a SCAM!!! I ordered over a month ago and they keep playing the run around game with me. They take forever to respond and when they do they just say we’ll get back to you tomorrow, make an excuse or turn it around and blame it on me. Then told me it’ll ship it two days and that I’d get an email. It’s been 8 days since that convo and when confronted they get again said they’ll get back to me tomorrow. Their good reviews are fake from themselves. There’s a better chance of Tupac being alive than there is of them getting a good review.

LOVE!!! I have ordered two identical rings in different sizes from this shop and they are absolutely perfect! Great quality, fast production and shipping and very helpful service. 10/10 recommend and I will be purchasing any future custom rings through this shop!

This is soooo funny !!!😂😂😂 SCORE JEWELRY are writing good reviews about themselves, directly after I sent them the screen captures of the bad reviews, SERIOUSLY!!!

Trust me, the ball is round, what you do to people will come back to you “DOUBLE”, even worse, since i have nothing to do, as I did not recieve my order yet since September, and all the negative comments below is True! Life will pay you back, just wait for it.

YOU WILL NEVER EVER HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS, AND IF YOU DO , IT WILL NOT LAST.

حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل عليكم

Note: Never trust any positive review about SCORE JEWERLY, the bad reviews are TRUE!

Received my order after only 1 week of placing order, however paid for expedited shipping. Wedding band looks sturdy and exactly as shown. My wife loves it. Excellent quality and reliable service. Tracking number updated daily.

I ordered 2 rings. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks, actually took 10 weeks to arrive. Sent several emails and eventually had a reply after 2 weeks. My ring fit perfectly but my partners was 1 size too big. It took them that long to reply about a replacement that they had stopped working with etsy (free replacement and you just pay delivery was an etsy offer only) and said I could buy a replacement at full price from their website. Absolute joke of a company. Packaging comes with Chinese labels yet the company states its from Canada.

Buyers beware there a rip off

Takes your money.. Never does the job.. Always pay with something you can dispute with.. Company are crooks.. Hold your money for months promise they are working on something and never have it done then when you dispute the charges.. they return the money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ORDERED MY HUSBAND A RING THEY TOOK MY $78 AND NEVER SHIPPED THE RING. NO REPLY FROM EMAILS NO REPLY FROM FACEBOOK MESSAGES. NO NUMBER TO REACH THEM! IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I ORDERED IT AND STILL NO RING. THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!

i ordered a wedding band for my husband an it never showed up an i haven’t gotten my money back an it was ordered aug 7th.. going to do a charge back... DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY

My item didnt come as shown nor did it have the engraving I requested and double checked if they received my note for.

Customer service was awful. Waiting days for responses when I was told I'd be told shortly. Replacement ring came with engraving but the outside logo was uneven and I didnt notice until then that the ring was missing parts of the design from the original ring. Escalated to dispute in etsy where seller didnt respond for days, 6 days at one point.

Customer service is terrible. Most items ship from China and they dont provide that address for where they ship from.

Just a terrible experience. I even offered cheaper counter offers for the seller to resolve the issue on amicable terms and I was ignored and none of my points were addressed. This company is very difficult to deal with.
