Love the ring! It is exactly what I wanted except for the size which was completely my fault. Make sure you get sized at a jewellers!! Great craftsmanship on the ring.

Update**** I sent in money to get a replacement ring back in March and have not heard anything from them. I have messaged on all platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, etc) but it seems that once I posted my review they no longer cared about my business.

We absolutely love our wedding bands that we ordered from Score jewelry. Rings arrived in just under 3 weeks and were custom engraved to perfection. Customer service is prompt and polite. Highly recommend.

PISSED OFF and RUINED WEDDING PLANS!!!

I placed a custom order on March 14th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back after telling me my order has shipped. I have sent several emails, requesting tracking number after being told on April 20th my order is ready and will be shipped in 24 hours. I have already paid for the order and I am now PISSED!!!!!!

I placed an order back in December 2020 and received it and even got correspondences when I reached out to them. I placed another order on March 24th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back. I have sent several emails, Instagram and Facebooks messages with nothing!!!! I have already paid for the order and I am now getting really PISSED!!!!!!

States rings will be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. We ordered the ring over a month before our wedding. A week before the wedding the ring still hadn't shipped, so my fiance sent an email (there is no phone number listed any where). He did not get a response. I found them on Etsy and got a response rather quickly. The purchase information was in my name, but the person responding to me on Etsy refused to give me any information and said they would respond to his email. Another day goes by. I ask when we should expect a response via email. Still no response. What a rip off. Basically you pay for a service and you get it when you get it? Or your money is just stolen, which so far is the case here since we have no product or details as to when we will receive our order. Horrible horrible. They had great reviews on Etsy though. Maybe we should've went that route rather than on their site. I guess Etsy holds them more accountable than they hold themselves.

The rings we ordered are beautiful and the fit is just right. Ordered in early March and received in 3 weeks. Great service.

Update still no rings and was promised a tracking number. NOTHING!! ADDRESS FROM COMPANY SHOWS SUPER MARKET ON GOOGLE MAPS. WISH I DID THAT BEFORE I ORDERED.

They take your money and don’t respond to emails. I’ve been emailing them back and forth but they ignore. The worst thing is there is no number to even call.
To be honest, I feel like positive reviews I read look staged by the crooks to lure people in.
I’m very disappointed in this company.

I ordered my ring on 17 February, paid this company in good faith, was informed on the web site I would have the ring in 2 to 3 weeks. Now at 6 weeks, still no ring. I was informed 2 plus weeks ago it is being sent, they would be sending the tracking number. Since then I have sent 3 messages asking for a response and update. No responses since. They claim "excellent customer service." Not sure where they got that idea, at this time very poor service. I understand delays, let me or others as the customers know. No responses mean you are guilty of poor customer service, at this time non-existent customer service. Obviously management does not care either, if they have any. All I want is my ring or know when it will be in my hands. I am only one person, can do a lot of damage by telling many others not to ever order from this company. Hoping they care soon.

They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, we canceled in 1 hour. 2 days later they took money from my bank account anyway. I can get no response to numerous emails, and there is no phone number to call.

We ordered these rings on 11/6/2020. We still have not received nor can we get any response. They said it may take up to 3 weeks, but 4 mos later? Dont buy from these guys!!!

I ordered three rings from Score Jewelry. I have only received two so far because one was custom. The rings are absolutely amazing. They are exactly what the pictures and descriptions show. Quality made. The offer designs that I couldnt find anywhere else.

Since middle school, my wife and I gave each other the nicknames Pebbles and Bamm Bamm (Reasons not important), so for our 5th Valentine's Day and to celebrate our 5th kid, I wanted to get new wedding rings that had real meaning, not just the typical wedding rings. I found exactly what I wanted with Score Jewelry.

They also have an amazingly large collection of other really awesome rings. I will be buying more in the future.

Prices are great too. I am by far the cheapest person I know. 90% of stuff in my house was on sale when I got it. I believe full price is a scam. But the products from Score Jewelry are definitely worth it. And compared to other sites not offering as good of a selection or quality, I felt as though I got a discount anyway.

I also emailed them multiple times with questions, and every time I got a response quickly. They are extremely friendly and answered my questions perfectly.

To summarize, great product, great selection, great customization options, great price, great company, and their customer service is amazing. Dont waste time looking any further. This company is where you want to buy your rings from.

My partner ordered our wedding bands, they said they will have them ready in about 3/4 weeks due to being custom made. We are now on week 6 and still waiting. She has emailed them 3 times all 3 times they have not responded. No phone number to call to speak with a person. No help, Happy to take the money and not give a rats ass about their "customers" so shocking!!

Don't buy from them!!!! If I could post negative stars I would. I first purchased a custom wedding band for hubby in 2017. The 2017 experience was exceptional. Had to reorder in March 2020 due to hubby loosing weight. As of January 2021 I have not received the ring. Customer service stopped responding. No ring, no money back. I tried to be patient but now I'm just angry!!!! Crooks!!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

I ordered a circuit board ring for my husband, for a 10 year wedding anniversary gift. It did take a while for it to be made and shipped, but Jonathan was fantastic with consistent updates on the status. Once it was shipped, it was stuck at USPS in Chicago for almost a month, but even though Score Jewelry had no control over the hold up at USPS, they refunded me for the item and let me keep it free of charge since it was not delivered to me by their guaranteed date. The ring was delivered on January 11th, and it is BEAUTIFUL. It did take just about 2 months to receive it, but I was willing to wait, since I was in almost constant contact with Jonathan. Ring is gorgeous and I will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Worst Customer Service. Thanks to a Dispute on Paypal that I got my money back after waiting 6 months for rings and getting run around.

I have ordered couple rings silver with the words “I love you and I know”. I ordered these at end of November 2020. I just got them 1/11/2021. They are beautiful. Score Jewelry did mention it will take 2 to 3 weeks and possibly more. It also took long to arrive due to mail delays in US. I was getting worried I was scammed and kept emailing them. They did respond to my emails and assured me. It was worth the wait. I wish I could put the pictures on this review. There’s no option to.
