The service works fine. I did not like the support very much. it took a time to get answers and sometimes they seemed like they were sent to many people. Cost also feels high compared to similar services, which made me think if it is worth it. Support replies were not very helpful. I got the replies late. They did not seem tailored to my issues. The pricing is higher, than services.

FRAUDS! Don't order..there is no phone number, they don't answer emails.

File a fraud complaint with your credit card company immediately!

This site is a fraud and will rob you of your payment and supply nothing in return. I’m nearly three months waiting, only to find all bad reviews. Contacted the fraud people at my bank who have replaced my card, since this crooked person could take additional funds. Shame on them. They’d make more of they were legit. They aren’t.

Nach mehreren Anfragen über E mails wo denn meine Ware bliebe, bekam ich von Score Jewelry tatsächlich meine Anfrage E mails als Antwort wieder zurück. Nach fast 6 Monaten hat sich immer noch nichts getan wobei ich nun überzeugt bin das dieser angebliche Score eine unseriöse Briefkastenfirma sein muss, bei der bisher wohl diese Machart gut funktioniert hatte oder Anzeigen auf illegalem Weg gut ignoriert wurden konnte. Also wer clever ist investiert lieber bei vertraulichen Verkäufer anstatt in solche unverantwortlichen Briefkastenkonstrukte wie Score Jewelry!!!!!!!

Ordered a pair of wedding rings, the only contact the company had with me was the initial order confirmation email, any emails I sent to get information went unanswered and with no phone number to call. I even google street viewed the address and no sign of a jewelry store. They also charge in USD, which isn’t obvious unless you read to bottom of page in FAQs, I thought I was buying from a Canadian company in Canadian dollars.
Think it’s a total scam website, beware!
I was lucky and after putting in a credit card complaint was refunded the money.

Placed our order back in February. It's July now. They sent us an email shortly after we placed the order saying our order might take a couple extra weeks. We told them that was fine. Still have not seen our rings. Tried contacting them several times. They never respond. Sorry we ever gave them our money...

Its a scam. They take your money and block you.

I would give this company negative stars for advertising and not delivering what was offered it has been 3 months and no replies to any of my questions.. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO RESEARCH THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

This company just plain sucks. If it even is a company. Five months since I placed my order. Contacted customer service and they lied, saying that I would receive a tracking number. Never received one. They were quick enough to take my money. No response since. Sorry individuals. Would not buy anything from this place. Keep your money.

I made a standard order 3 months ago, the order is still in processing status. They're not replying to emails to customer service nor to FB message. They're a fraud.

It's a shame there's not a "0" star rating. My wife and I planned a Star Wars themed wedding and thought Arubesh rings would be the "topping on the cake" as the saying goes. I ordered our rings May 31st, 2023 for our August 10th wedding the same year. At the time of this review, (over a year later) I have not received our rings, no one answers when I call or responds to my voice messages, and I've never received any follow-up or responses to emails.

I placed an order on January 5th with this SCAM of a company and have yet to receive any response or my order.

Ordered ring and was told would take 4 to 6 weeks. After 8 weeks 5 emails to customer service and 5 voice messages, never spoke to anyone but the machine, without ever hearing back. I had to call my credit card and report fraud.

I have also contacted Disney, Paramount, BBC, and Middle Earth inc about intellectual property rights violations.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Just like all of the other reviews my partner and I placed an order for custom wedding bands on 12/28. Zero communication since that date. Voicemails not returned, the phone is never answered. Emails not returned. DM's ignored. This place has to be a scam. I don't expect to ever get our rings or the money back. Unbelievably disappointing.

Same as everyone else. Got 2 of the 3rings I ordered. Fill out a form online for them to contact me, they respond with an email to verify my name and then nothing. They don’t send tracking numbers or anything, the 2 rings I got just showed up without them ever sending tracking. Website is a scam

Don’t even waste your money. 4mths I waited for my order, they ignored all fb messages and emails. Got it today, wrong size, crap quality and nothing like the pictures. Total scam

Leider muss ich diesen Weg der Kommunikation mit diesem Shop gehen, da meine 3 schriftlichen Anfragen per Email bis heute nicht beantwortet wurden. Ich habe Mitte Oktober 2023 einen Ring in diesem Shop bestellt und sofort online bezahlt und finde es als Kunde respektlos, wie man mit solchen Bestellungen umgeht. Leider werden auch beim bestellen des Ringes keine genauen Lieferzeiten angegeben, wenn man dann auf der Seite des Shops etwas sucht, findet man event. Lieferzeiten bis zu 10Wochen inkl.Versand. Desweiteren habe ich mich sehr gewundert, das dieser Shop über kein Impressum verfügt. Jeder der jetzt sich noch einen Ring in diesem Shop bestellen möchte, sollte sich sehr genau überlegen, ob er 3Monate und länger warten möchte um dann festzustellen, daß das Geld weg ist und der Ring niemals ankommen wird.

I ordered 3 months ago! They took my money and never sent anything! I have contacted them 4 times, only to get 1 response back asking my information then poof they disappear again. Do NOT give these people your money. Essentially, your giving it to them to provide you with nothing!

Scam. Get a lawyer. Please someone take this scam down. Getting rich taking peoples money. Crooked theives. Scammers and thieves. They have no product only take your money.

Ordered a ring in June of 2021. The ring still has not been delivered as of May 2022. Score Jewelry has not replied to the 5 emails that we have sent looking for our ring or a refund. Score Jewelry required payment to process the order but will not deliver the product. This company appears to be fraudulent.
