Same as everyone else. Got 2 of the 3rings I ordered. Fill out a form online for them to contact me, they respond with an email to verify my name and then nothing. They don’t send tracking numbers or anything, the 2 rings I got just showed up without them ever sending tracking. Website is a scam

Don’t even waste your money. 4mths I waited for my order, they ignored all fb messages and emails. Got it today, wrong size, crap quality and nothing like the pictures. Total scam

Leider muss ich diesen Weg der Kommunikation mit diesem Shop gehen, da meine 3 schriftlichen Anfragen per Email bis heute nicht beantwortet wurden. Ich habe Mitte Oktober 2023 einen Ring in diesem Shop bestellt und sofort online bezahlt und finde es als Kunde respektlos, wie man mit solchen Bestellungen umgeht. Leider werden auch beim bestellen des Ringes keine genauen Lieferzeiten angegeben, wenn man dann auf der Seite des Shops etwas sucht, findet man event. Lieferzeiten bis zu 10Wochen inkl.Versand. Desweiteren habe ich mich sehr gewundert, das dieser Shop über kein Impressum verfügt. Jeder der jetzt sich noch einen Ring in diesem Shop bestellen möchte, sollte sich sehr genau überlegen, ob er 3Monate und länger warten möchte um dann festzustellen, daß das Geld weg ist und der Ring niemals ankommen wird.

I ordered 3 months ago! They took my money and never sent anything! I have contacted them 4 times, only to get 1 response back asking my information then poof they disappear again. Do NOT give these people your money. Essentially, your giving it to them to provide you with nothing!

Scam. Get a lawyer. Please someone take this scam down. Getting rich taking peoples money. Crooked theives. Scammers and thieves. They have no product only take your money.

Ordered a ring in June of 2021. The ring still has not been delivered as of May 2022. Score Jewelry has not replied to the 5 emails that we have sent looking for our ring or a refund. Score Jewelry required payment to process the order but will not deliver the product. This company appears to be fraudulent.

The worst company to work with/ is a scam. They take your money and never ship you what you ordered. I did get them to respond via Etsy when I acted like I was going to place an order and then asked them to look up my order number and they responded saying they could not help me. I emailed customer service multiple times and used their online form. They do not respond. Do not order from this company.

Company is a scam, payed for a disney ring back in December, being totally ghosted on emails, Facebook messages and pintrest messages, we're very fast in taking the money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a scam! My husband and I ordered our wedding bands on October 9th. Payment was immediately processed. We still do not have our rings and our attempts to contact the seller have been met with silence. We cannot even view our order since the company has disabled their site key. Please seek a more reputable company to purchase to purchase your rings from!

SCAM. Will not return emails or messages on account can not even log into their website now. Whish I had seen this before. I am glad I did not buy an expensive item. Do not buy from them.

This place is a joke and complete scam! Don’t be fooled by all the false positives on Trustpilot.. once you look you’ll see they’re all false positives. They get posted on the same day frequently, and the pattern is very evident!
I ordered with this scam early October for a Xmas present for my boyfriend. It wasn’t long before I realized I was never getting the ring. I got a confirmation email and that was it. Despite MANY contact attempts via their email, their web form and even their Etsy shop, shock… score jewelry (Jonathan) still never responded. It’s a joke. DO NOT BUY unless you want to give your hard earned money away. Hope this website gets shut down soon!

Same sad story as a lot of other reviewers.

Score jewelry was quick to take my money (in USD... Strange for a Canadian company, hmm) and then I was completely ghosted. It seems that a lot of people had the curtesy of receiving courtesy lies from Score Jewelry whereas, I received nothing from them at all. I contacted them via email, over their website, over Etsy, and even called the number on my banking information... I never got a reply (or my money back).

It does seem to be a scam company. Either that or they are remarkably incompetent and only bother filling out some of their orders.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. Score Jewelry seems to be hoping that most people won't bother to push to get their money back or call a lawyer over such a, "small" amount of money. I wonder how much money that would add up if we all managed to get organized?

I wouldn't even give a 1 if had a choice. Order matching Damascus steel rings on Aug. 10,2021. received 1 email with Invoice number and order# and that is it. I have sent 3 emails to them with no response and no number to call.

I placed an order for a pair of rings with custom engravings back on January 17, 2021. I was aware there would be a 2-3 week processing time. By mid February, I emailed Score Jewelry to inquire about order status. The response was my order would be ready in 4 days, and I would receive tracking information when the rings were shipped. That was essentially the last official communication I received from Score Jewelry.

Between March through September, I tried contacting the company about 8 times via email, FB messaging and Etsy messages, the company never provided me any tracking info or order status. Most of the time my emails/messages were ignored, and a couple of times they responded with promises of getting back to me with info, but those promises were not followed through. I was able to find a company phone number via my bank statement and they never answer my calls.

Since Score Jewelry essentially ghosted me, I submitted a chargeback request through my bank. The bank claimed they were not able to recover the funds because 1) It was an authorized transaction (i.e. I did make the purchase); 2) Score Jewelry rebutted that my order was shipped and delivered. When I requested the tracking info my bank received from Score Jewelry, it took the bank almost 3 months to get me that info - My case was closed in June, and the bank finally sent the info I requested in September.

I did my own research with the info provided by my bank, including the tracking information given to the bank by Score Jewelry. The tracking shows a USPS package shipped from LOMPOC, CA 93436 to an address in the same zip code. I live in Texas, and I have a TX shipping address on the order. And the package was not shipped via Canadian Post as one would expect from a Canadian company. Even when I contacted Score Jewelry with this info, I was still promptly ignored. To this date (October 2021), I still have not received the rings I ordered nor a refund.

And yes, I have all records of communications, receipts and reports to proof my case.

Canadian consumer protection bureau won't do anything with my complaint and won't do anything to Score Jewelry because the disputed dollar amount is too small, and that's how Score Jewelry gets away with it.

As far as I'm concerned, Score Jewelry is a scammer company. I don't know how Score Jewelry gets such high ratings. If you look them up on Better Business Bureau, you will see their "F" rating and samples of complaints against them. I wish I had seen the BBB report before making my purchase, instead of simply believing in Trustpilot, because obviously Score Jewelry does not deserve the 4-plus star rating.

EDIT: Upon reading a few recent reviews posted here on Turstpilot, and found at least two sets of identical reviews posted by different people, I have reasons to believe a lot of the positive reviews here are fake.

This company is a total scam, I have been waiting for over 15 weeks at this point and have contacted them many times with no communication back at all. I would avoid buying from them and buy from a reputable company.

These guys are super amazing!!!!!! I absolutely love my engraved silver tungsten ring set I bought. And as it turned out my ring was a little too small but they were more than helpful and sent me a new ring with the right size. They even put a rush order on making the new one so that it got to me in time for my wedding. Thank you guys so much for being so helpful and for making me the perfect rings for my husband and I. I will and absolutely do recommend these guys too everyone. And I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Doesn't even desserve any sort of rating absolutely discusted by this company ordered out matching wedding rings 8 weeks ago and received nothing been in contact loads even via etsy and they just tell you to email which we have done several times and had no response what so ever tried via Facebook and still nothing how sad and frustrating for anyone getting married and putting trust into a company for personal and different rings I advise everyone to stay clear of this website!!!
