I ordered the rose gold adoption symbol ring, and it is stunning! The quality of the ring is superb. It’s heavy & a brilliant rose gold. The engraving was gorgeous. They take sooo long to bring you the rings and after that They dont give you what you buy it. You contacto with them to claim and does not answer. They Just take the money but dont give you the service that you expect.

Very bad service. They charged me to engrave a ring that they did not engrave. They did not return the money. When I claimed it, and explain that one of the rings was no the correct size, they offer to send me a new ones in five days. We are still waitibg for them. After 4 months we dont have the rings or the money. They have wasted my time sending emails because they dont answer at all. They are scammers!!

My ring is beautiful and I love it. I had a few issues with emails not coming through but when I contacted the team they were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly.
COVID-19 delayed things somewhat but I am so happy with my new ring.... I'm. Saving it to be my wedding ring❤️ Thank you.

My fiance and I absolutely love our rings! We did custom Star Wars rings with Yellow in one and Blue in the other. I will say I was getting a little nervous about shipping time being extended. Rest assured if anyone else is nervous about your orders they are coming, It just make take longer with the virus right now. Customer service was great with me and patient in responding to all my emails. Love this store will recommend them and order from them again!

I ordered a His & Hers set back in February 2020, and was told it should take six to eight weeks since this is a custom made set. We had our fingers professionally measured @ a jeweler to ensure we ordered the correct sized rings. The rings were finally received on 7/6/2020. The rings are beautiful, but the Men's ring is one-half size too small (I didn't even try my wife's ring on her), they are unusable as a set. Score wants to charge me $88 to make a new ring in the correct size. Fool me once, shame on you... Please DO NOT make the mistake I made. Trust the negative reviews.

My husband and I are big gamers, both of us having started with Atari when we were very young. For our wedding rings we wanted something unique and perfectly descriptive of us. We talked about many gamer themed rings, and I searched all over the web. My husband had this idea of “player 1” and “player 2” matching bands. I loved the idea, but could not find what we were looking. I found Score Jewelry’s website. After perusing their wedding band designs, I was thrilled to find they had the exact “Player 1” and “Player 2” design we had hoped to find. The bands are super comfortable and durable. I enjoy not having to worry about losing diamonds or precious stones if I accidentally get my ring caught on something.
We love these rings!!! They creatively depict one of the many facets of our love for one another! So cool.

Horrible horrible horrible! On April 8th I placed an order for matching bands. A 6mm and a 8mm. I was told that the 8mm would be ready in a week and the 6mm in 2-4 weeks. I had them put in writing that they would NOT ship anything from China. They assured me that they customized ALL their work in Canada. After a month I started sending regular emails and Facebook messages asking them what was taking so long. Finally in late May they sent me a tracking number... from CHINA! Not only that but they didn't even make the 6mm! At first they said they would send it but then when I pressed about the China tracking number they got incredibly rude. I asked to just give me a refund and I would return it but they refused, even on the ring they didn't make! It took 86 days to just get the first ring. They did tell me that they made two 8mm rings, but I wanted a 6mm women's ring, not a mans. After much back and forth they agreed to refund my money, but get this... they said I had to wait until Chinas item gets here and I wasn't allowed to open the package and I was to ship Chinas ring to Canada! I also was not allowed to send it ups or fed ex, only regular mail and I was NOT allowed to insure it! Then once they get it back THEY would determine if I had "tampered" with opening the box and if I did then they wouldn't refund my money! Seriously?? If the TAPE had been messed with then they get to keep my $153?? Omg. I could not believe that these people think that they can lie about shipping, lie about where they are from and lie about how long it would be and then refuse to even make one of the rings AND keep my money! Insane! I had been waiting months!!! Just to get it over with, I told them I would just keep the 8mm and to just refund me for the 6mm, but again they said NO and they even blocked me on Facebook because I shared this ordeal with friends! They have a physical address in Canada but it's not legit and they also have a phone number but it's not legit either. It's just a generic recording. Their website says they do all their customized work in Canada but use a distribution center in China. So why would they make custom rings in Canada and then when they are finished, ship it to China for China to ship to the U.S? That makes NOOO sense!
I finally had to contact PayPal and FORCE them to refund my money! I agreed to keep the 8mm like I had offered them earlier because I didn't want to wait months to ship it back. So I got my money back for the 6mm and the 8mm came today. I can't believe that they thought PayPal would side with them. The rings I got were ok, nothing spectacular. Just be warned, these people lie and they are nothing but Chinese cons!!!

I ordered my husband a wedding ring and it looked great it was to small but they have been nice about letting me send back to get another one so I think they are a wonderful sight if you’re looking for something different for a wedding ring

Love the design. I ordered a half size too big and they exchanged it for free. It had the engraving and is made wonderfully. Exactly as pictures.

Ordered our wedding bands in early May and we received them In 3 weeks. The customization was beautifully done and the rings better than we could of ever imagined. Great communication from the store.

I waited three months for the ring. Never got it. They refused to refund my payment. I had to go to Paypal to get dispute handled by them. Find somewhere that does not wait to get their jewelry from China. This is not a company I will recommend to anyone!

Fraudulent company. Never recieved the product, never received a refund. Will spread this word to everyone thinking about buying from them: DON'T !!!
