This company is a total ripoff. Spoke to Ronnie Johnson he gave me a quote I signed the quote and a week later he told me that they didn't have a driver to get my truck transported down. Told him to refund my money he said that the refund was processed and I should see it within 5 days. He called me 3 days later and told me he now has a driver and he could get my truck down for double what he originally quoted me for. After the truck arrived I went ahead and paid the driver. Waited almost 17 days call Ronnie about my refund he said it had to been some kind of mistake in the accounting department that he would call me back. Never call me back called and talk to the accounting department told me that they don't give refunds. I would never ever recommend this company due to the fact they are nothing but thieves

This company is an absolute disgrace. Ronnie and Sophia are nothing more than unprofessional amateurs running a blatant scam operation. They have actively deceived and defrauded multiple customers, showing a complete lack of integrity, ethics, or basic human decency. Do business with them at your own extreme financial risk. You have been warned—stay far away from these clowns.

I signed a contract with a deposit of $250 on June 11th for pickup on June 18th.
Despite many calls and texts, no answer. Just got this message that we are working on getting driver, On
June 18 4pm, still no driver but this is what David Smith told me , "Scheduled driver's truck broke but another driver could pick up tonight sometime but price is slightly higher... $1900!!! (3 x the quoted price to me is not SLIGHTLY HIGHER as the roads were closed and he has to take longer route etc) or we can wait few days, we can have another driver for less" Nothing this company ever told me was truthful during this process. This business is shady and uses unprofessional practices. I ended up cancelling with them but they took my $200.
Do not trust them and do not pay a deposit to "reserve" a spot that they do not have!

I had a really smooth experience working with Leo Hudson at CSE Transport. He kept things simple, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and stayed in touch throughout the process. My vehicle was picked up on time and arrived safely with no surprises. It was nice dealing with someone who actually followed through on what they promised. I'd definitely use CSE Transport again and would recommend asking for Leo if you're shipping a vehicle.

This company is a scam! Don't have any dealing with Brad or Sam they are brokers. They pressure you into signing a contract for a price that they will not honor! I signed a contract with a deposit of $200 (which goes to the broker) and for a total of $1,700 to $2,000. They did not show up on the scheduled time (changing it multiple times). And they continued to change times and dates and asked for more money to get the car shipped. Nothing this company ever told me was truthful during this entire process. This business is shady and uses unprofessional practices.

This company is a scam! They are brokers, not in the US. They pressure you into signing a contract for a price that they will not honor! I signed a contract with a deposit of $200 (which goes to the broker) and for a total of $1,100. They did not show up on the scheduled time (changing it multiple times) saying the roads were closed. And they continued to change times and dates and asked for more money to get the car shipped. I eventually got the car shipped after 5 different potential drivers & more than a week delay and stressful process especially being on a time schedule. Nothing this company ever told me was truthful during this entire process. This business is shady and uses unprofessional practices. Bypass car transport brokers especially those not based in the US and go to regional transport drivers!
