Karma Items started in 2023. We were tired of wellness products that promised everything and delivered nothing — beautiful packaging, big claims, a guru's photograph, and no real mechanism behind any of it. So we built the opposite. Our pieces are simple objects with specific purposes. Copper bracelets sized to rest over a pressure point on the wrist that traditional Chinese medicine has used for centuries. Mala beads cut from stones that monks, healers, and ordinary people have leaned on for thousands of years. Pieces designed to be worn and forgotten about, working quietly in the background while you live your day. People come to us for different reasons, and we've stopped being surprised by any of them. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES ABOUT KARMA ITEMS!!!

I bought a couple of items like this because of what is was claiming to do NOT HOW PRETTY IT IS OR LOOKS ON YOU!!! They claimed these items were BLESSED BY MONKS for a period of time to set those blessings into and onto the items they sell!!! These items DID NOT bring any special blessings into my life and I wore those bracelets EVERYDAY for almost a year ONLY removing them to take a shower or wash dishes etc.!!! THEY NEED TO STOP LYING TO PEOPLE ABOUT SOME SPECIAL POWER THESE ITEMS HAVE!!! SMDH!!!

Very trustworthy and helpful people .

Very helpful people , very polite and friendly. I have bought from Karma before and find them very trustworthy. I am now buying again and will probably buy more in the future. Thank you Karma. You teat people as i would treat others.

I purchased the lapis Lazuli Mala in June or July 2026.
The staff replied to ALL my emails within 24hrs. So lovely and apologetic. Transport had returned my item and then it got lost in transit.
It was now August and no delivery. I asked for a refund and received it within a few hours.
The email read, we are so sorry the item has not arrived and we thank you for your patience. WE HAVE REFUNDED THE COST AND IF THE iTEM IF IT IS FINALLY DELIVERED, WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO KEEP IT AT NO COST.
I tried to pay for it as it is so beautiful but again the email read, no, please keep it.
I have never had this happen, EVER!!!
I would recommend you purchase any of their products. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Customer service was good…

Customer service was good post-purchase. Karma was prompt in granting my request to cancel my membership. I love the karma affirmations and bracelet but I am opposed to the subscription/membership business model. I think the choice to opt-out should exist and be more transparent at time of purchase. This is not exclusive to Karma but, in this case, I do not recall an option to opt-out, only option is to cancel later.

Lovely items purchased

I have some really nice items from you but I am 88 years old and don't feel I can cope with any more now. I have also been unwell lately and don't feel like buying more. Thank you for your service but I think it's time to stop. I hope you can understand this and take me off your list of customers.
