I use Rollersnakes all the time and have never had issues before until today. The order is dispatched quickly and the items are always top quality!
I ordered a pair of Vans skate shoes a couple of months ago from rollersnakes. After a couple of months I had an issue with one of the shoes, this was the fault of Vans and not rollersnakes. I sent an email to rollersnakes requesting a replacement pair, within 10 minutes I had a reply back from Ellie asking for further information, within 2 hours Ellie had organised for a replacement pair which will be delivered in the next couple of days. This has to be the best customer service I have ever had!

Love roller snakes but won’t be ordering from them again due to them using Royal Mail. I can’t remember the last time I got anything from Royal Mail on time!

Visited the shop for the 1st time tonight as I needed a new helmet. Quick service, decent prices and range of protective equipment. There is a lot of other stuff there but not what I needed on this visit. Also paid a visit to the larger ramp for an hour, again very good will be visiting again for a shop and skate. Thank you !!

I ordered some shoes as a gift, the order arrived on time. However, the shoes inside the box were not the ones I had ordered. The box did match my order which caused some confusion. I had to ask for an exchange and although the Royal Mail label was refunded, I still had to pay for packaging. Despite ordering weeks early, the correct shoes arrived a week after the celebrations. Customer service was efficient regardless.

I bought an skateboard around two months ago I used it for few times unfortunately one of the trucks get broken easy so I contact them asking for any solution they sent me new ones but different types so I tried but not working properly on that skateboard. So I bought fully skateboard not piece by piece, then I contact back them and I asked for refound for first they wasn't agree with and just wanted to refound the trucks but I told them again in not bought pieces by pieces so if you haven't original piece for it you have to refound all then sent to me label to sent Skate back around two weeks ago still not answer and money back. There is two months ago I started that process and 25 mail. So customer service is totally unacceptable.

Limited contact details, unable to actually speak to anyone, vague returns policy. Would not deal with again.

Had a problem with a delivered product. Contacted support who offered to resolve it. Even when the process didn't go right, they handled it excellently. Very happy with the service. Will shop again

Roller skates were sent to wrong delivery address, rollersnakes had no clue and advisors ‘Georgina and George’ wernt helpful at all in investigating, advised me to speak to Royal Mail myself, won’t be ordering from here again!

I ordered a pair of Rio Roller Milkshake Quad Skates, Bullet Combo Deluxe Triple Pad Set and SFR Helmet Matte Black. They arrived on time together in one big box (the skates and helmet came in their own smaller box). Very happy with the delivery and product (so far).

Good in terms of range, quality, and the shipping is as standard.

However I recently ordered some shoes which were a bit too narrow for my feet so I wanted to return them only to find out you have to pay to do this, although it is a small cost of £2.99 it’s very rare to find a company that charges for returns nowadays and did surprise me that a good company such a Rollersnakes does this.

Also I ordered a package a few months ago which was a pair of shoes and hat for my partners birthday and also received within my package another pair of shoes and a hat meant for someone else - I didn’t raise this issue to Rollersnakes as luckily the person who’s order it was lived near me so I dropped it off, however that could have been much different and if I would have had to pay £2.99 to send it back when it happened I would have been pretty upset as that is not my mistake.

Have bought alot from Rollersnakes, have never had a bad experience. Pretty much everything you could need in the store and when I have had any questions, they have been really helpful. Would highly recommend

Terrible customer service and support in trying to resolve my issue with a parcel that was supposed to be delivered last month and never surfaced. I have paid £173 for an order I haven't received.

I have written a review about Rollersnakes before but I just had to do another one after a recent on-line purchase that was great. I

The product was fantastic but it was something else that struck me that bears mentioning.

There are plenty of skate shops out there but only a small handful seem to care about being accessible to people who may not have a lot of money to spend. The £60-£90 hoody, for example, is such a common sight these days in many skate shops and it is the height of absurdity. You wonder who sites like that cater to!

Rollersnakes actually offers a broad range of price points and that is so crucial for the long-term sustainability of the culture and helping to let a diverse group of people feel a parte. Rollersnakes offers it all, ships super fast and generally seems to show a passion for the scene.

Bit of a soapbox, but felt it had to be said.

Great price, communication and delivery

As a regular customer of Rollersnakes, I can honestly say the customer service and customer relations are incredible. I wanted a few things reserved, as I didn't have money until a certain date and they took the time and effort to sort this query out for me. They were very efficient, professional and helpful. They also kept in contact the whole time and made sure everything went smoothly during the whole process. Greg and Georgia were fantastic dealing with my query and I say thank you for your time and patience with me Greg and Georgia and I will most definitely be purchasing more brands from Rollersnakes in the near future.
They also have a very wide range of skateboarding products at such low prices... Honestly I don't think anyone can compete with their prices. 5 out of 5 for me.

I chose to return the package "at my expense" but "Rollersnake" agreed refund me for the entire item + the first shipping cost. A commercial gesture that should not fail to be mentioned!
