I ordered some adult skates as a surprise birthday present. After placing order, I realised I had not ordered next day delivery, and I wanted them then. I messaged Molly at Skatehut and she upgraded the delivery at no extra charge. Very happy with the great customer service.

Did not delivery and unable to contact skate hut or yodel, now my son doesn’t have a birthday present.

I waited in for the skate board, tracking via yodel. It says delivered, address correct, no ring on ring doorbell, no knock, no present. Now my son doesn’t have a birthday present.

Unable to contact yodel or skate hut, just rings out and goes to voicemail.

Will never use again, thought they were a reputable company

Had some issues with the courier failing to deliver scooter, not Skatehut's fault but once escalated was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Meg and replacement was sent on nxt day delivery.

Customer service was excellent. Meg let me know what I needed to know. Very happy indeed.

Do no use this company!!!

My son’s bike arrived with bent handlebars. They are saying the bike looks fine, and all I’ve been offered is £10. I’ve never known a company so hard to get in touch with. They don’t respond to emails, the live chat is a joke, they keep you waiting, and there isn’t even a contact number!!

Purchased some rollerskate wheels at and excellent price, very well designed site and easy to navigate!

I did manage to choose the wrong shipping option but a quick email to customer services and Molly was able to fix my issues in a very professional and timely manner.

Would happily use again!

Would like to give a special mention to Molly who sorted out an issue I had, she resolved it quickly and I'm really impressed. The pads arrived and were a fantastic quality of product. Would recommend!

i want to give some feedback for skatehut. I was corresponding with a lovely lady called Molly. . She was kind and very helpful . so i think it would be be nice for Molly to get a bit of a pat on the back. In this day and age where people are sometimes rude , she was a breath of fresh air…Well done Molly .

My package was about a week or 2 delayed and it had failed 3x delivery attempts. I reached out to skate hut and Meg was so kind to help me and reconfirm my address, now my package was delivered to the correct building.

I had previously struggled to get through to Skatehut support, but it turns out they were relocating during those days. Once I got in touch with Meg, she was brilliant and sorted my issue right away. Great service!

Great customer service!! I missed something off an order, which though couldn’t be added to my order, Meg sorted me out with free postage for the item on a subsequent order.

My daughter’s expensive roller skates broke within 3 months of use but apparently are outside the guarantee period. Was offered a measly £10 to put towards another pair… as if it is acceptable that they should break that quickly! Really disappointed and will definitely never use this company again.

I honestly think that you can tell how great a company is by how they act if they made a mistake. I ordered a scooter for my son that turned out to be out of stock. A very helpful customer service person named Meg quickly addressed the situation, presented me with options then issued me a refund when I requested one. Love that. Thanks for the great service!

Made a order, with 3-5 working day delivery. Hadn't got a email for a few days after, so contacted via email and the brilliant Mysteic Meg answered (Meg thank you)!

Meg found my order instantly mentioned skatehut is relocating, which i do think should be said in the site somewhere when you make the order but dosent matter. I got my tracking within the day and now awaiting delivery!

So thank you Meg for sorting that you. You well deserve that pat on the back! 😊
