The prompt and efficient action and service I received from Meg provided me with much needed relief. My phone had pre populated my delivery address to my previous address when I placed my order and in no time Meg had corrected this for me and explained when I would see this change in the delivery timeline. Thank you so much. You have one very relieved customer.

As always the team at SkateHut are very helpful. Meg helped me to solve a delivery issue with the delivery company that was no fault of SkatHuts. Still they were happy to help and kept me posted on every step of the way. Meg contacted the delivery company on my behalf and had it sorted super quick. Wanted to leave a review as I am always happy with the service I receive from the team.

ordered from SkateHut paying for express delivery expected on Wednesday, but the parcel didn't arrive until nearly a week later.
​When I contacted customer service, the agent (Meg) repeatedly accused me of "customer error," claiming I had entered my address incorrectly or used a shop address. In reality, I entered my full, correct residential details at checkout, but the courier label was completely corrupted with random characters (EBAYY2CXM72).
​Despite sending screenshots proving the label data was mangled, the agent ignored the evidence, refused to take ownership of their courier relationship, and remained defensive and dismissive throughout. Instead of proactive service recovery, I was met with blame-shifting and held £80 out of pocket while chasing down my own order.
​The item eventually arrived, but the customer service was appalling. I won't be ordering from SkateHut again.

I had a problem with my delivery which was dealt with very quickly by Meg I feel she bent over backwards to make sure she helped me every step of the way to solve my problem ,her quick response to my emails was really appreciated and it was sorted out with no problems ,I would definitely use your company again in the future .

I was sent the wrong size skate on 2 occasions.
I found Meg to be clear in her instructions and prompt in her responses to me. It made the errors less frustrating and gave me confidence that the correct size would be sent and my granddaughter would get her birthday gift on time.

The customer support was very helpful, Meg helped me a lot with a fast reply and helped me with my question very clearly.

The customer service with this company is first class, I ordered a wrong part when I spoke with Megan she could not do enough to resolve my issue inc getting me to send photos of the part I reqd so she could help. Unfortunately she couldn’t but did let me know a company that did have the part. She then explained how to go about getting a full refund on the incorrect part. Would give these 6 starts if allowed.
