Meg offered speedy replies to my query. Communicated really well and resolved my issue.

I know nothing about skateboarding but Meg was patient and not condescending. I appreciate the advice and products I received and will definitely be doing a return visit.

Great customer service.
I am a mum of scooter boys and they are always needing spare parts that we ordered easily through the website. Unfortunately when it arrived we were missing the spaces. I quickly went onto Skate Huts live chat and Meg kindly asked how she could help today. She was wonderful, within a few messages she had sorted it all out and found the missing spaces. She also double checked they were the right ones for our Core scooter model. I then received emails to confirm they had been shipped all before the end of the day.
I can’t fault the customer service from Meg and Skate hut, it was amazing.

Meg was really direct and efficient, problem solved in a matter of minutes, with customer service like that ot would be rude to not shop with you again. Thank you

I emailed a query after hours yesterday and Meg was very quick to respond first thing this morning and sort the query for me. It was my error as I had entered an incorre t email address but Meg sorted it. Thank you Meg.

My initial order didn’t go through so I sent an email enquiry which was replied to early on the first working day by Meg. The service was friendly and helpful. As a result, I reordered the products and was very happy with Meg’s customer service.

The scooter arrived much quicker than expected. There was unfortunately a manufacturing problem with it, but Meg was incredibly helpful in the return and replacement within only a few days. The communication from Meg was exceptional, keeping me informed of every step. I wouldn't hesitate to shop from here again and would happily recommend to friends and family.

After I received an automated email back saying order couldnt be changed I thought I would need to go through the rig moral of getting the item, sending it back, getting a refund and then ordering the correct item. What I got was an email from Meg who had put a hold on my order saying I could send the unwanted item back and order the correct one let them know and they would refund the delivery or cancel the order and make another order, correctly this time! I opted for the later. Meg cancelled the order and processed the refund which will take a few days. I was very happy not to have to return the item and my child will be happy once the order comes.

I needed a scooter for my son at short notice. He had a play date at a skate park and his previous one had died a death after his 16 stone big brother tried to flip it at Christmas! I found a great scooter package and was feeling very pleased with myself until I realised I hadn’t chosen next day delivery and the kit was going to arrive two days after the play date. Fail! I emailed SkateHut and got a red saying it might take up to 48 hours to respond. My heart sank. Then enter Meg, SkateHut team member extraordinaire. She got back to me first thing in the morning, told me she’d upgraded my delivery and, very generously, wasn’t going to charge me extra for it. Legend! My son has at least a decade of scooting in front of him. I won’t be shopping for kit anywhere else. Great kit, great prices, outstanding service. Thanks SkateHut and thanks Meg for saving the day.

Easy to deal with

I had an issue with a delivery (no fault of skatehut, more the courier). Skate hut dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Meg who went above and beyond.
