I was sent the wrong size skate on 2 occasions.
I found Meg to be clear in her instructions and prompt in her responses to me. It made the errors less frustrating and gave me confidence that the correct size would be sent and my granddaughter would get her birthday gift on time.

Great products have bought a few things from here for skateboarding.
Had an issue with a knees pad that broke and a replacement was sent straight out. Thank you to Meg for being super helpful with this. Highly recommend x

The customer service with this company is first class, I ordered a wrong part when I spoke with Megan she could not do enough to resolve my issue inc getting me to send photos of the part I reqd so she could help. Unfortunately she couldn’t but did let me know a company that did have the part. She then explained how to go about getting a full refund on the incorrect part. Would give these 6 starts if allowed.

I ordered the Moxi Beach Bunnies which were an order in item, this led to them being slightly delayed. My experience with customer service was amazing, I spoke with Meg who was not only super quick in response but also very attentative and kept me in the loop with the whereabouts of my order as well as managing to bump my delivery to next day since it was already delayed. Thank you Meg! Lastly the item arrived in perfect condition and I can't thank you enough. Will shop with Skatehut again!

All was going very well until the courier delivering advised there was a problem locating my address. (Very strange because I'd not had that problem with that before.)
I emailed Skatehut and Meg was an enormous help!!.
She managed to sort things and kept updating me with her progress until my grandson's scooter was delivered, in good time for his birthday 😃

Great service, quick delivery. I contacted customer service as I didnt receive the order confirmation, my fault as I misspelt my own email address. Meg from the customer service team clarified what happened and went above and beyond and checked the status of the shipping. Thank you Meg.

I bought a scooter for my granddaughter,
One of the wheels didn’t flash,I emailed them saying I don’t wish to send the scooter back please just send me a new wheel, they asked for photos plus a video of the wheel which I did which took 72 hours before they could respond due to warranty they then wanted me to take the wheel off and send a video at this the wheel wouldn’t come off because it was cross threaded at this point I was angry and asked for my money back they then told me I would have to pay for the return 😡I just cut my losses and gave it to my granddaughter with the faulty wheel I would stay away from this company

I emailed as a part had broken and was looking to find the correct replacement. Meg was very helpful and sent me a link for a few that would suit the model I had. Now ordered and on its way!
