I emailed as a part had broken and was looking to find the correct replacement. Meg was very helpful and sent me a link for a few that would suit the model I had. Now ordered and on its way!

I had issues with an order and it being out of stock. Meg was fab and went above and beyond to provide me with help about when the item would be back with them to be dispatched to us. Constant updates from herself which was amazing.

I wasn't too happy, an order I had made had been nothing but messy since the start with failing chat features and delayed postage, but after me emailing about it today Meg resolved the issues quickly and even refunded my postage which was great.

My experience with SkateHut was great, ordered what I needed, but there was a issue with the delivery company.
Meg was straight back to me and kept me updated after I raised the issue they were super friendly and super helpful.

First time dealing with Skatehut and it was exceptional service.
I had a faulty Scooter i bought for my teenage son when I noticed a fault on the stem. I contacted Meg, one of the agents, who dealt with the issue swiftly and organised a replacement in super quick time. Thanks again Meg you made a child very very happy!

Absolutely excellent customer service. I contacted them regarding some prizes i had won via a 3rd party competition and they went above and beyond to help me even though it isnt directly through their company, particularly meg. She was extremely polite and helpful. She is a credit to the company and deserves a raise!
