The order arrived promptly but because it was a birthday present we didn’t check the parcel immediately for all items. When we did we noticed something was missing. We were made aware that smaller items are usually being placed inside bigger boxes. We found the item.

Awful package hasnt even come

I had some trouble ordering things online from skatehut so I needed to contact the sales team. I was so surprised that they came back to me within minutes and Meg took the time to quickly sort everything out and fix things in a very efficient and really lovely and friendly way! I am so impressed with her!

I contacted Skatehut after Yodel stated i should contact them due to a delay.
I contacted them by phone and Meg was very helpful and told me about the inpost change was the delay. She said she would monitor for the next couple of days.
She emailed me the following day with an update on the delivery, and it has arrived safely.

I sent a request through early this morning. It was picked up immediately by Meg who responded to me with all of the information and recommendations I needed in a very prompt, efficient and friendly manner. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Was great help and was very quick

Made a purchase and the order was delivered in a very poor state due to how it had been handled by the courier. I contacted SkateHut and had the pleasure of dealing with Meg. My issue with the items was resolved very quickly. Meg is an asset to the team!! Great job.

Absolutely disgusting experience, when by mistake was ordered S size instead of M so sales representative on the phone just blamed me instead of offering exchange . I was about to buy 2 for both kids and ordered 1 to double check. After returned it on 22/05/2026 I still havent received a refund , but luckily found another company who sells them cheaper and I suggest everyone to run away from this unprofessional behaviour with clients. Meg was very helpful when I messaged her about a code not working for me. She suggested steps which I had done previously but also replied that if it wouldn’t go through, I could contact her and she would arrange the discount after purchase.

I eventually managed to make the discount work by setting up a completely new account but her advice and offer were very helpful.

I received my delivery on time but I had to query a missing part. I liaised with a person called Meg who was super helpful and was able to resolve my issue straight away. I was grateful for the quick response as the item was a gift for my son. Customers service and aftercare was great!

Meg sent over all answers to my query which was great and helped us no end with our order.
