Meg sent over all answers to my query which was great and helped us no end with our order.

Yesterday when ordering a custom scooter, I forgot an integral part. After messaging to see if this could be added to the original order, Meg was incredibly helpful and managed to make sure everything would be delivered in one package for me. So not only was I able to find all the parts I wanted, I was able to get them all at the same time. Excellent experience and will definitely use skatehut as my go to for everything now

Placed a order for a item and was advised by my daughter that it was not suitable for my 7 year old grandson.Sent an email requesting to cancel the order and received automated reply comfirming receipt of email. Although it said at the bottom orders cannot be cancelled i received an email from MEG confirming the order was cancelled and a refund was being actioned

I skates is supposed to last for more than 3 month, even if it worn often. I have mine for about 15 years and still going strong. Buying a skates that breaks after 3 minth then say it is worn often raises questions. Thanks for the review.

I was having some troubles with my order, so I contacted the SkateHut team for help. By 8am the very next morning, they had already responded and immediately sorted the issue out for me.

Not only that, they really went above and beyond to make sure my order would still arrive in time, and were incredibly apologetic about the delay throughout the process.

My parcel got lost in transit and didn't arrive on time, I reached out to the escalation team and received amazing support from Meg! Ordered 3 x JDBug scooters. One arrived with the circlip missing from the folding lever, which meant it could not be put back into a folded position. I raised the issue with Aftersales support. Within 24 hours, Meg from the team gave me 2 options (replacement or store voucher). Opting for the replacement, Meg arranged a VIP service to ensure the scooter was checked before despatch, then despatched it to us on a 1 day delivery. Fantastic after-sales service. Regular communication. Fast response. Thank you Meg.

Customer service is great, messed up an order and emailed them, and meg on the team was very understanding and got my money back as soon as possible.

I made a purchase of two sets of wheels for my inline skates and the wheels were unfortunately too small in width and so I reached out to customer services.
I had a response straight away from Meg, I explained what had happened and why I needed to return them and sent images to show the condition of the wheels and I had a response almost immediately.

Meg was absolutely brilliant with all my questions as I wanted to make sure I could return them and just make sure all was well.
