Meg was amazing - great customer service

I ordered an item for my grandsons birthday. When it arrived parts of it were broken but loose in the box. As it was for the next day we decided to glue the pieces back so I had a present to give him but i did send a message to Skatehut explaining what happened.
I got a reply immediately from Meg.
She was so helpful and understanding and after some communication she offered my a replacement or a giftcard
to value . I accepted the gift card which was sent by email immediately.
So a big THANK YOU to MEG

Purchased a scooter for my son, which was delivered on time. However I have had an issue with the quality of the product. Where the bars bent after a drop and the weld cracked, which I believe is a fault with the product. So I reached out to skate huts customer service who quickly said it was not faulty but offered me a £20 gift voucher as a good will gesture. I was not satisfied so contacted their complaints department who still have not got back to me a week later after several chase emails. Not great customer service if things go wrong that’s for sure.

Great selection! I can’t comment on their skateboarding items, but their roller skates are amazing prices, they sell safe items, they have guides, they sell accessories and tools for skating including helmets and pads, laces, new wheels, skating tools for at home skate maintenance. I managed to get my dream roller skates for £40 down from £100+ along with high quality tools for £4 to ensure my skates stay safe and sturdy for whatever I’m using them for!

I highly recommend shopping with skate hut, they have amazing customer service incase anything goes wrong, I put the wrong address for delivery, opened their help chat when I realised, and they stopped it from being collected by the courier and changed the address for me.

Wonderful service, great selection, they clearly care about safety, their customer service is kind, fast, and above and beyond. Standard delivery is within 6 days, usually earlier, you can also get 2 day delivery with them!

I ordered some adult skates as a surprise birthday present. After placing order, I realised I had not ordered next day delivery, and I wanted them then. I messaged Molly at Skatehut and she upgraded the delivery at no extra charge. Very happy with the great customer service.
