Shocking - ordered a t shirt and they sent me the completely wrong one, i said can i get the t shirt i originally ordered they said it was a "image error" and they don't have it in stock, and now i have to go out my way to send the wrong t shirt back to get a refund? hahahah what

I came into the shop the other day to buy a skateboard for my 13 yr old boy and just want to thank Ford for being so welcoming and kind ! You made my son feel really special and helped him in choosing his board and told him him could come and try his board out with everyone and you even gave him the courage to give it a go ! We walked out of the shop feeling really happy and wanted to thank you for your kindness and making my son a very happy boy !

I just wish all companies were like Rollersnakes!! The delivery was fast!! The customers service is incredible!! Thank you especially to Natalie!

Sent me one size ten and one size 9 . First and last time using rollersnakes, customer service suggested I pick alternative as the ones I ordered were out of stock, so I pick and they then ask for 50% more money. Never again

I've been having skateboarding lessons at Rollersnakes with Toby. Toby is kind, calming, approachable and motivating in his coaching style. He has really helped ease my anxiety during our session, has helped me push myself out of my comfort zone and enabled me to land several new tricks on transition. I can't recommend him enough for any new or nervous skaters who are feeling stuck or need some help improving their skate skills.

I have not yet recieved the skates ordered but wanted to write a review about the great customer service. Having completed a contact form for advise I was called within the hour by Tim who was friendly, helpful and honest with what he thought was better for me the customer. So refreshing to recieve such service!

Ordered some lovely shoes that unfortunately did not fit. Just wanted to say the company were very efficient in giving me a refund. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

Such a fantastic company! I used to buy my skate gear from here 7+ years ago. Recently bought some ski goggles and a helmet and had great customer service and price.

I purchased a Quick Silver jacket for my son and am very disappointed with how the order has been handled. The jacket was for an XL (apparently meaning 14+ according to the size guide). This jacket fitted my sons father who is 6'2'' tall! not only this, the zipper was the wrong way round meaning this is a womens jacket. Although customer services were quick to respond, I feel very disappointed that I had to pay the £3 return fee, already having initially paid £3.99 for P&P... all for a jacket that was completely the wrong size and gender! Customer services don't seem to have a complaints procedure and directed my query to Quick Silver themselves. shoddy!

I ordered two pairs of shoes for express delivery. Although these did show as in stock on their website I received email the following day to say that one of the pairs was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a refund or select another pair.
Due to their error this caused the pair that was in stock to not be shipped. So I have paid for express delivery will not receive the items in time.
The only reason this 2 stars is to be fair I've had no issues with previous orders and they are refunding me.
