We had a visit this morning from an engineer, from Robert Heath Heating. It was our annual safety check. Lovely chap, very friendly and professional. Did a great job! No complaints at all. Excellent service all round.

Work satisfaction
The actual engineer that did the work did an excellent job very quick and efficient and kept us informed what he was going to do even excusing his self when he had to go get parts. Cleaned everything up after he finished leaving everything spotless.
It's a pity the offices weren't as efficient as the engineer they constantly failed to keep appointments arranged cancelling or not turning up twice. Sent people 3 times to measure sizes, the call centre staff sounded bored on the phone and everything seemed to much trouble for them. Argued over missed appointments that as was wrong and then texted to say they were in the wrong.

A window was given of 5 hours 8am - 1pm, received a sms @ 7.47 to say Dean was on his way to us, arrived @ 9am and was done and dusted by 10am, The service we have had on both occasions, first the service and second a repair was excellent, our thanks to all involved

I forgot they were due to attend, but they text me and informed me when they would be here, the engineer was friendly and advised what he was doing throughout the whole visit, an all round good experience

Veryyyyyyyy confused I receive a letter for appointment it says ring and get a slot so you don't sit in for 5 hours, so I ring we don't do slots 🤬 what was the point of writing in the letter that 🤔 then get a tex 7.30 your engineer is on his way, so I jump out of bed early, he comes at 9.50 🤬 could of slept for another 2 hours, I had to take day off work for this, coz you wouldnt do a 8 till 11 slot 🤬 not great customer service 😕

I would give 5 stars because jobs are always done right but my only issue is when I choose a time slot 1-6 they always turn up earlier than scheduled so I miss appointments

Operative left mess on floor didn't explain he was going to exchange carbon monoxide monitor and has left a mess on the wall removing old one which looks like a patch repair job for me to sort and redecoration needed. Not good enough. I am elderly and disabled. Not happy
