Like pulling teeth!
Really poor actually - not bothering to even knock the door when they come, arrange to come outside of school run amd yet they arrived just as we are off on the school run - engineer hadn't even checked his notes.
Then they send me a letter complaining that they can't get access.
Very typical moden British company - barely fit for purpose!

Inspection good, admin not so good!
Excellent. I was notified when the engineer was 30 mins away. He turned up on time, did what he had to do whilst being polite & courteous.
Very happy with the visit. For the engineer it would have been 5⭐️but as my original inspection was booked for March,but just didn’t turn up or notify me. I had a text a week before it was to occur but nobody came. A month later I got a call from an unknown number, rather late in the evening, to book me another appointment. I asked the agent if she could text me the time & date of the appointment, she said she would but didn’t!
So not so good on the office admin side of things but everything else was fine.
