Oh jones is the it’s the worst company to be employed by once of Council I am a tenant with a looked after child of three years old and my mother lives in the property with me who is 73. I complain to them this evening explaining that I haven’t had any heating for the past few days it is now far too cold for my looked after Child to be without heating I asked them to bring some heaters round and they said they would. I have been waiting now for over four hours. I have called them three times and on my third phone call they tell me that the manager has said that they must not send any heaters till in the morning. . The person that took the call on the further occasion was very patronising and did not care that I had no heating that I have a looked after Child here with no heating and an elderly person here with no heating.. they should not be in charge or getting contracts through Wandsworth council as they have no empathy or no understanding and no consideration to what ones of Council tenants are going through. The person on my last phone call to Ph Jones literally laughed at me when I said that I’ve been waiting for the last four hours for these heaters to be delivered and did not care.. I will be raising a formal complaint as this is illegal

This is the second time I had my heater…
This is the second time I had my heater serviced and they turn the water heater on full power I scolded myself. And had to go to hospital for burns. This is a disgrace why do they do that!!!

Ph Jones are time wasters. I made a appointment with them toke Unpaid leave And they never showed up and then they made a other appointment and gave me a one ringer Pretending to call me and then they said I wasn't in I waited from 8am to 8pm all day wast of my time. And now they Blaming me for not being at my property but they never show up. If I can give the a Zero Star I would. Time wasters.

This company's customer care service is a buch of liers and morons with no consideration to humanity.
I called in on Saturday for the out of hours emergency eg. No hot water/gas/ and warer leaks , and 2 vulnerable people that needed these facilities., not the water leaK tho... They did not care, and said they didn't have any engineer that is available. And I should call back on Tuesday in working hours.
Finally on Tuesday after calling several times to them and stressing that my 82 year old mother suffers fron chronic arthritis, and threatened them with a law suit, they decided after constant calling, (they problemly got fed up with me and finally sent an engineer out).
My engineer was called PAUL, Paul went above and beyond to make sure my Mother had hot water and gas and heating. Thank you so much PAUL,. You have a heart of gold... It's a shame you work for such a bull shit company. BLESS you PAUL you cared for a family you did not know. We now have heating gas and we are comfortable. Shame on the company you represent. And if you go through what i went through with ph jones overcome this and just ask for PAUL. Thank's again PAUL the engineer man. And for your customer service
Try ph jones take a leaf from PAUL and practice Good customer care.

Just have to mention Wayne! He was so helpful and polite. He identified the problem after installing the new boiler as needing a new pump on the communal system. 6 months later it was finally fitted after lots of troubleshooting. A really great engineer. He also delivered electrical heaters which saved us during a very cold winter!
A leak they will not even attend property
There are two people over 70 that live here and it is 22:00pm and i have a water leak coming from my boiler and these cowboys on their emergency call out saying the cannot attend to look at the leak just put something under the boiler to catch the water and wait until Monday to call the local office for them to make an appointment to come out,and to turn off the boiler so we have no hot water or heating.They are not bothered where the water is going in the boiler even if it is dripping on the electrics within .They have passed the buck by saying it is up to the council to arrange an appointment and that they are going to do nothing.!

2 failed appointments for boiler service
Was even asked to take annual leave to meet an appointment date they wanted.
Was quoted this is important to get this boiler serviced yet they fail to attend twice.

These inept shysters should have their licence revoked! I've been without heating, hot water, or cooking facilities for FIVE days, after these idiots firstly sent a fella AFTER 6pm when I'd made it clear I'd be out after that; then sent someone incapable of fixing the gas leak, the next day, after me waiting in all day, and then, to top it, I was told that they'd definitely ring me today, to organise the repair....f... all! No attendance, no phone calls, nothing. I've now written emails to Onward housing (who are equally crap, by the way) gone on WhatsApp for three hours, and made eight phone calls, and I'm STILL without said facilities. No wonder these fools have lost the contract with Onward. I hope they and their inept 'team' go bust and end up skint! Dreadful.

I have endured so much with this company over the years.
Incompetence, rudeness,time wasting and lack of care.
I have been trying to get my boiler repaired since December last year.
At least seven technicians have been to fix an issue with ignition.
The boiler does reset after an error code but turns off after 8 minutes.
Not one engineer would wait to see if it went off after they had done what I could do myself. PRESS A BUTTON...
I have been without heat and water all this time.Having to stay with relatives to avoid hypothermia as I have respitory illness and Im classed as vulnerable
Customer services are the absolute worst I have ever encountered.
On top of this they have not turned up twice for the gas service appointment they instigated.and then claimed no access on both occasions I never left the house all day.
This company's service and attitude needs addressing and I am contacting ofgem regarding their behaviour and the fact they blatantly ignore legislation regarding heat and water.avsilability.

Terrible service from PH Jones. They booked an appointment and didn’t turn up or even notify me. After I chased them, they rebooked for the following week (8–12) but arrived at 1pm. They changed the radiator, but after they left, two radiators stopped working. I was promised another visit the next day between 12–5 and again, nobody showed up. Very unreliable company. Would not recommend.
