Cowboys
Onwards sent an engineer to do a gas service. The guy that turned up was Italian in Liverpool area. Beware of him! he was in my house from 10.20 till 10.29 pretending to do a check on the gas. With being tired afterwards I realized he pretended to do check the gas. Cowboys! Really dangerous doing this what he did a horrible engineer. When you call up the women are useless on the phone & usually cut you off. The guys at customer service when you call up our more helpful I find.

My recent experience with PH Jones has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. Scheduling for a gas inspection was mishandled from start to finish. Appointments were made without consultation, leading to frequent cancellations that clashed with my work schedule. The engineers didn't show up as scheduled and failed to communicate their whereabouts or expected arrival times.
On February 24th, the engineer never arrived, and I received no notice. During a recent appointment, despite being assured a visit by 1 PM, no updates were given, and the engineer ultimately arrived hours late. Additionally, none of the staff I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience. One representative, Kay, unprofessionally blamed my landlord and was extremely disrespectful, also making me feel belittled and frustrated.
Receiving threatening letters about forced entries, despite my consistent efforts to be available during appointments, adds to the unacceptable service. This lack of professionalism and empathy has made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.
Also my neighbour faced similar issues, with PH Jones failing to show up at leaat 3 times.
Rubbish company
I had a gas service today 1pm till 6pm the guy didn't turn up after waiting in all day. I called the office at lunch time to ask if they could give me an idea on the time and an ideal time slot. Because my son comes home from school & I can't cook anything for dinner while the guy is in the kitchen has he turns all the gas off. She couldn't give me a idea what time but said the guy would call me when he was near to my area & he didn't & he didn't show up. But they expect me to sit in all day again! Rubbish company if you're going to cancel you should send a confirmation text or call!!

Job was raised with them by my landlord they didn’t attend the job and didn’t want to let me talk to a manager and rather than doing the job they booked it for the next day although the waters leaking through my ceiling customer service agents are very rude and disrespectful they do not take accountability for their poor service and make up excuses on why they can’t attend

Rude, arrogant and snooping engineer. Made my partner uncomfortable in our home and found him wondering the house on his own going into bedrooms and our lounge which is of none of his concern, he also started taking photos of our TV's
Second rate heating company
Well what can I say made appointment didn't turn up made out they phoned me to which I have no record i did have a boiler service by them but had another company wanting to check their work I wonder why? Do not use just look at their feedback worse than KT heating and they are the worst
Distressing, worrying, awful.
Distressing. Awful. Worrying. Feeling hopeless.
To cut a long story short. Despite calling PH Jones Emergency repairs, I still have a poor Wood Pigeon trapped behind my fireplace for several days without food or water.
I have tried everything to help it, to no avail. PH Jones don't seem concerned. They have a'more than my jobs worth' attitude which overrides any concern for the poor creature, despite my pleading with them.
Avoid if you can
Shocking communication from them. Been waiting since April to get boiler fitted. Don't respond to emails and get fobbed off on calls. They don't even respond to complaint section.

Today Ph Jones sent out a worker that knows what he was doing he was excellent he listened to the customer and he soon realised what the problem was in my home unlike the previous 3 men that had visited my home, today I struck lucky and they sent a good man that did a great job.and knew what needed doing, I've slated this company for sending idiots to my home this workman today was excellent it's a pity that all their workers are not as good as him, if phjones had any sense they would give him a Christmas bonus

I recently had a gas service . Despite explaining I use the boost button the engineer left it on settings . So it was on when I was out or early morning. My neighbour reset it. I have an appointment on Wednesday which I need to cancel. No choice but to wait on the phone to be connected.

Worst company I’ve had the misfortune…
Worst company I’ve had the misfortune to work with, office of untrained people who know nothing about gas but want dictate working day, unprofessional, bullying and victimising immature girls who work in the offices, use inappropriate behaviour when speaking to some men but try hide behind we are just being friendly and then go in a mood when called out and asked to stop and to be professional, they will then go out their way to make work difficult. Pay is shocking,can’t get parts ordered either, turning up to jobs with no cp12 pads or blanking discs. Trying to contact office with issues and no one answers but you can see how many people have read the message but can’t be bothered to respond, turning up to customer services and customer has no idea of service happening, office not sending letters out or say they have left messages but no phone number on job so office must be telepathic, office book jobs where and when they want a month in advance but the customers never receive the letter!!! Royal Mail are certainly not that bad so more than likely no call or letter sent.
Top quality service
I recently had to have the hot water cylinder tank replaced in my home. The engineer, Mark, was very polite, respectful and professional. He did a first class job and had the system up and running smoothly again in next to no time. The whole system is now working a lot better than it did before.
My landlord, Midland Heart housing, use PH Jones as their gas servicing company and I am very glad that they do.
Speaking from personal experience PH Jones are head and shoulders above the previous gas servicing company.
The service provided is top quality and the communication is very good too.
I feel in very safe hands with PH Jones and I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for the service provided.
