Had a gas safety check on 08/10 no problems what so ever what I do not understand is why I have received 24 yes 24 letters since then stating I have a gas check due in 08/10 I’ve emailed to advise them and yet they are still arriving 9 delivered today PLEASE stop with the letters

Quick easy and got exactly what i needed.

In October last year you installed a new combi boiler and flue - the flue was leaning the day you installed it and you still haven't rectified it despite countless phone calls. I don't hold out much hope here given the number angry reviews that have been posted.

An engineer call " Miroslaw " is a donkey .Absolutely rude disrespectful and arogent. Company like pj Jones big name.Why employ donkeys.

Boiler service done but leaving us without hot water for next 3 days. Not happy but not much I can do.

Yearly gas service taken place now no heating because the guy broke the pump nothing wrong with it until he messed

Absolutely shocking customer service, I reported a leak and was told it would be classed as an emergency and they would be here in 4 hours. After numerous calls and 8 hours later the engineer finally turned up. Customer service just lied and fobbed me off. Communication skills from the reps is extremely poor. I’ve raised this issue before but their communication skills have NOT gotten any better.

However the engineer who attended my property was polite, knowledgable and honest,

In half of the month received a letter with date of end of the month with time between 12:00 pm till 5pm. And nobody come. And could not give any message that they will not come.

Absolutely shocking been without hot water and heating now 3 weeks first engineer didn't even touch my boiler said he couldn't do it, been passing job back to council twice saying it's not down to them, then when I did make appointment for them to come out and fix it the engineer didn't turn up twice now, now out of hours to call either to chance it up until next day, never use this company, I have to I've no choice as I'm a council tenant 😡 absolutely disgusting customer service

Really disappointed with phjones, never had an issue with the workmen but the customer service team are shocking , had my annual gas service appointment through, rang them so say we were on holiday for 2 weeks so they'd have to come after , apparently that couldn't be scheduled but I would get a random appointment through if I left it, I then got a very upbrupt answer phone message saying I have to be in! Anyway we were away theu still sent someone an I had letters through the door , new appointment for between 8.30 an 12.30 today an a no show! Ridiculous!

He came to check on my boiler after we had a insurance with Domestic and General. He keep checked and ordered the part and also did a service. He is really good and knows his work.

I've had no hot water for year you been around to do half the job you've not been back your cowboys same as council girl employing you and British gas I'm sueing you for negligence and council

Was able to change my appointment online with no issues very easy to use.

Absolutely evil scum broke into my house when I was in hospital looking after a dying father they don't ring u but thanks because I can say I'm not allowed a job because of these cowboys

Was going to get our boiler replaced by this company until the neighbour above us was getting theirs done and the two guys who were removing it took a massive short cut and didn't check the pipes under the floor and caused it to flood our ceiling as we live under our neighbour and destroyed our very expensive light fitting and our 70 inch TV. We showed the guys what they had done and they said ( which I have on camera) British Gas will pay for all damages though their insurance and gave us their bosses name ,number and email by the name of Craig Darge who actually had the balls to say it's not their fault ? I mean come on ,WHAT?? We are going to be doing reviews on numerous site to get people to see these reviews, we are currently in the process of legal action with an excellent lawyer because they had the cheek to close our case via email. Why tell us that British Gas will pay for damages (which we have the guys on camera saying this) then Craig Darge avoid and dismiss this ? Don't worry, you'll be hearing from our legal team soon enough because you avoid helping us and our damages as much as possible.
