Gas engineer arrived hrs later than…
Gas engineer arrived hrs later than planned and then left open our stair gate and our dog escaped outside on the hottest day of the year. Asked him if he made sure he closed the gate when he went outside and he said I think so. Obviously he didn’t and left after the has check was done didn’t even apologise. Spent an anxious hour searching for dog who had been handed into our local vets.

Amazing Service
Had an engineer visited today to put in a new boiler system and take out the old one. On arrival I found the engineer to be very professional and respectful to my property. This was a two day job and I’m so impressed how he managed to complete the job, also during this heat. Once the job was complete, the engineer made sure I understood how to use the boiler and answered any questions I had. Thank you, Robert Heath operators for being reliable also supportive. Great service offered, a truly satisfied customer.

service of our Daikin heating system
The service of our Daikin air source heat pump system was carried out efficiently. The engineer took time to answer our questions, and gave good advice about settings.
The response to any queries on the office was also prompt and efficient.

New Combi Boiler installation
