My experience was excellent because Dean is so good at his job as he always has been. Dean is a great asset to your company

Great service of our heatpump. Was well informed of when they would arrive. They were polite, friendly and respected our property.

You have been out for the same problem 6 times not holding out much hope of it being fixed this time.

The whole process was very thorough..
The Engineer was a really nice guy very friendly and helpful

The engineer was very patient in identifying the cause of the problem. Once he had fixed it, he checked the system thoroughly to make sure that there would be no reoccurrence of the problem. He did a great job.

Operator doing the job very good booking time’s is always late 5days without heating and hot water communication very bad the part was ordered on Thursday by operator and was ready for Saturday work not carried out till Tuesday 1 15 pm known I am disabled and 76 years old and needed heating and hot water

So I’m still waiting for this dishonest,incompetent and ignorant excuse of a company to repair my boiler after THREE MISSED APPOINTMENTS!! Before you write your total nonsense to my review I’ve emailed the email address TWELVE TIMES to get my complaint logged and due to the TOTAL IGNORANCE AND INCOMPETENCE OF ALL Robert Heath Heating staff I’m still waiting for you to confirm this complaint has been logged. If you think that I’ll just go away your very sadly mistaken your ignorance and incompetence makes me even more determined. You also owe me monies for the THREE MISSED APPOINTMENTS. INCOMPETENT,IGNORANT AND DISHONEST. I also personally believe these reviews left on here are actually done by employees friends and family because the positive reviews do not reflect this incompetent company.

I didn’t understand why they were coming but the gentleman explained it to me

On 14/04/26 I received a text confirming my appointment, it didn't give a date or time, this was the 1st communication from them, then at the end of April an engineer phoned me just as I was about to get ready to go back to work to say he was outside, why he didn't ring the door bell or knock on the door is beyond me, the unit is in the loft but he didn't have a ladder.
We have had others out to this until multiple times and they all say they don't know why it keeps going off and they will speak to the manufacturer for advice, this engineer just came out to change the filter 🤷🏻‍♂️

Small problem with programmer sorted out very quickly

Pre-booked annual service for heat pump system. Engineer phoned 1 hour before arrival, arrived within time slot and was friendly, efficient and professional. Took time to talk through the system this being our first service since moving into new build house.

The engineer tyrnee up and didn't know why he was at my property.
So had to check.
After he had completed the gas safety check he left without turning my gas back on. This is nit something I know how to do so had to call someone to come and turn it back on for me
