Nice friendly guys
Nice friendly guys. My only concern was how quick they serviced my boiler. They were in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve had previous checks where the service has taken up to an hour. Should I be concerned?

on the third attempt
I could have given 5 stars, but my appointment was cancelled twice, which was really disappointing because I had to take a day off work to be at home. On the third appointment, the engineer arrived on time, checked everything, and said it was all working fine. I hope everything will continue to work properly when winter comes.

The man that came to do service was very helpful and amazing can’t fault him. The office however when I tried to re-arrange as could not get time off from work were very unhelpful and quite rude

The team arrived early at 8am and…
The team arrived early at 8am and worked solidly for around 3 hours replacing our faulty immersion tank. They did a really good job and we were happy to have them at our home. They reset our system afterwards and left everything as they found it.
