Boiler installation
A mixed review here, the engineer installed the new boiler very professionally, however, when coming to test the install, water started flowing out of the overflow, manage to control that then once again testing, water started running into the bathroom ceiling from the header tank in the loft.
I am also unhappy with some of the piping which he has installed, pipes not being straight and in what I think inappropriate positions.

Visited by Lee today for annual Daikin Air Source Heat Pump service. Rang prior to arrival to to let us know he was on his way. Very friendly and put on overshoes whilst in the house. Informed us of an adjustment he had made to the disinfection settings. Altogether a very positive and professional experience.

Excellent service, arrived punctually and did an excellent job servicing my heat pump including adjustments to make it more economical and did some really helpful videos in case changes needed in the future.

Terrible service
Terrible service, spent £310.00 for an engineer to make a ‘diagnostic visit!! Found a flow fault on Dakin heat pump system, didn’t fix anything but reported back to Robert Heath what was needed. Whilst he was here I asked him to request the system was fully serviced. We received a second email asking for £710.00 assuming this charge included the service. We were wrong!!!! The engineer arrived today to replace the flow sensor only, no service was included. To make matters worse, the system now looses pressure. All this for over a thousand pounds!! If you can, avoid this company!!

The experience with Robert Heath Heating was exceptional from start to finish (from calling to make an appointment to the quality of the maintenance carried out)
I have to specifically call out the engineer who visited today (Dean) was second to none.
I’ve had my ASHP system for about 15 months - I learned more about it today (from Dean) than from my original installer/commissioner.
