Avoid they come to break stuff
First the message to say they were on their way started at 07:21 am but they didn’t turn up till gone 08:30 , in the hitch I thought they had to be within 30 mins . Then he done a gas safety check said we needed a part which would take up to a couple of weeks , then came back about an hour later and said he had to do it again , so he started again then left again after which our boiler no longer works . So all in all lucky to get any stars . Shocking service . They should be paying us for this service . Outrageous

Exemplary service
Richard arrived early, was very respectful, friendly, and explained everything patiently and at a level that made sense to somebody outside the business. This is Richard's second annual visit and I feel extremely comfortable recommending this company. I plan to continue with them once my government contract ends. If you need a Daiken engineer, you couldn't find better! Thank you.

Bad Service
Boiler been repaired now after 1 month which took 6 different engineers to find out what was wrong with it what a useless company.

Never turned up, pulled up outside near my house then 5min later drove off!!

The problem.has still not been fixed…
The problem.has still not been fixed after more than six months and several visits just to be told the unit has to come out to be serviced. Hopefully the engineer that came today will be able to come back with someone else and be able to fix the system. As if not the property is likely to end up with a severe mold problem. And that's not what I need as I am having cancer treatment.

It's a good engineer so polite he explains everything and he do everything to fixing the problem he's every good im glad to have him in my house again
