Richard our service engineer clearly knew exactly what he was doing and suggested a couple of setting changes which was really helpful - hope we get him again next year!

I had a text from Robert to give me notice that he was on his way. He was polite and explained what he'd done, although I'm not sure whether he did a gas safe inspection. He had everything done in around one and a half hours leaving everything clean and tidy.

I would like to give some positive feedback about Scott.
Scott kept me informed about his expected arrival time, which I really appreciated. He carried out the service/ maintenance of the boiler, hot water tank, and the rest of the heating system professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard. He worked quickly without compromising on quality and clearly has excellent knowledge and expertise.
Scott was polite, respectful, and treated my home with great care throughout the installation. He was tidy, considerate, and happy to answer any questions I had.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with his work and the excellent service he provided. He is a real credit to your company, and I would highly recommend him.

I’m sure the guy did his best but the heat pump system still isn’t working, it’s a failed job unfortunately. 10 minutes after he left the fan coil units went into standby despite the room temperature being high 20s, the system was supposed to bring the temperate down to lower 20s.
