The engineer walked all over my carpets…
The engineer walked all over my carpets never even asked if we wanted him to remove his shoes, he moaned about the work required as soon as he see it did not change the part expressed it was too awkward to get to then said it don't need doing even though we were told it did and needed to be ordered which he came to fit the second part if te work needed he connected two shut off valves when only one is required and the pressure gage he put back on upside-down made excuses not happy at all now I have a very noisy air lock.

Booked a service
Booked a service, engineer didn’t turn up! Rang and asked what was going on I was told he’d gone sick and they had left me a voicemail (they hadn’t!). They said they would be in touch to arrange a new appointment. After a few days I hadn’t heard anything so e mailed them to ask what was going on? Without asking me they e mailed me an appointment for the following day that wasn’t suitable for me as I was due to travel to Ireland! I rang to cancel which was “sorted” Then on the day I was travelling to Ireland I got a text saying the engineer was on his way! I rang again and they said they would contact the engineer for him to turn back! A new appointment was given for when I returned from ireland with the time being between 1300-1800. On the day in question (today) I got a text at 0830 saying the engineer is on his way! He turned up about 1000. This was inconvenient but I allowed him to continue as I didn’t want to be dealing with sorting a new appointment!! I only gave three stars because the engineer seemed knowledgeable and friendly and seems to have done a good job.

Engineer attended to fit new pump relay…
Engineer attended to fit new pump relay kit to Air source heat pump. Engineer wasn’t sure about wiring. ? Since he left we’ve had both pumps running all day and night and programmer saying heating is on even though all room thermostats are off? Which I can’t turn off.. We are now awaiting another visit from Robert Heath engineers and hope the can sort this problem out as this will be the 3rd visit in 2 weeks.

A good team
John and Phil came to replace my condenser boiler with a combi .This involved extensive pipe rerouting working in confined spaces under kitchen units. Dispite the demanding environment they stuck to the process and produced a quality product.I found them to be careful and considerate of my property. Two very likeable tradesmen.I would definitely recommend

The engineer who came today to fix the boiler was very nice and approachable. He quickly find out What was the problem as resolved it . This is the kind of people Robert Heat should hire . Polite and approachable not like the previous engineer who came here last 8th July , grumpy old man and it seems that he was not happy with the job his doing that time . I can tell when people are happy with what they’re doing /job .
