Asked ACI to send a signed agreement of such (Loan) I’ve so called had and they declined, Now these morons who’s the same company have added a account to my credit report, Piss poor communication, Chat never works, Takes weeks to reply to a email and if you call 9/10 the agent isn’t even English,

Poor for a company who had 6.8 million profit for the year 😂

Trying to chase down a 25 year old HSBC loan that was taken out fraudulently in my name by someone else.
Original amount was £3500 and these want £15000, despite HSBC writing it off and closing the account down 24 years ago!

Have to give a star to leave a review. Seen perch on my credit score. They cannot chase you as they are a SCAM COMPANY, legally all debts paid or unpaid are wiped after six years if they were real debts you owed. They can hound me all they want they will get sweet nothing as I don't owe any debts and legally they cannot chase you . Any correspondence is harassment and abuse and manipulative behaviour. Any house calls are ILLEGAL , they cannot harass you by phone or letters and if you have a motability vehicle or any vehicle they cannot touch that so if a criminal comes with a badge and a clamp call the police immediately. If they had a real badge they WOULD LOSE IT 👻🤣, DONT LET THESE SCUM HARRASS OR THREATEN YOU. NEVER GIVE CARD DETAILS, NEVER OFFER A PAYMENT. A DRO WILL HELP WIPE YOUR DEBTS THAT EXIST AND ARE REAL AND EVEN THEY CANNOT HARRASS YOU OR SEND BAILIFFS. A loan I took out thirty years ago has surfaced again and ALI are asking for nearly all of the amount! It was only £2500 and I did pay off £700 at the time to HSBC but for some reason e reason this cheap shoddy show of a company have written to me demanding I pay the whole thing ~ I don’t know where they got the details from but I was very sick at the time and couldn’t pay it off. I have already had discussions with HSBC who said they had written it off. This scamming co pant needs to be stopped in my opinion ~ they don’t even deserve one point.

More clowns than Billy Smarts Circus working there, this bunch of divvs sent me a threatening letter saying i owe HSBC £4030.13 I have never had an hsbc account, i went into our local branch in Great Yarmouth where they confirmed i had never had an account, so i will be taking legal advice to take them to court over this. I am in my 70's and certainly not going to stress about the clowns letter. i was a PA for a solicitors in Essex for 27 years and as i said have contacted them for advice. Also in their letter my name and address all start with capital letters, yet below where they say: Dear Mrs: then my name billy smart (not my real name of course) their trading name, no capital letter in BILLY OR SMART🤔 see you in court!!! PS. How about some free tickets to see live show of your clowns at the Blackpool Hippodrome?🤣🤣🤣 Says to call this number: 01253 532145

This company is harassing me for a debt that I don’t recognise for a credit company that went bankrupt more than 6 years ago!

First of all, don't just repeat that you'll contact us by Trustpilot, email etc. Because it's clear to everyone reading these reviews on here that's your standard response so as to appear to be concerned/professional.

We called at your Blackpool office regarding a mystery-debt of our son-in-law after you bombarded him with threatening communication. This followed a call with him and our daughter 2 weeks ago when undisclosed info about the unknown debt was promised by post - but didn't happen (no surprise!).

After fobbing us off, your Chris Gorman said he'd get someone to call (again) but that also hasn't happened.

We'll now act as witnesses when this matter is taken to legal representation - by us!

This trash company has given me a default for money i do not owe disgraceful shameless company

I would like to know why I have 4 car finance unpaid payments on my credit score with perch. I don't even drive and am housebound due to being disabled!!!

ACI asked me to set up a payment plan (yes you are the same company) when i set it up it asked me to verify my card of £0 just to set the payments up. When i look at my bank they took £10 without my authorisation! I then had a dispute over the amount i owe to original company and told ACI i dont want to deal with them anymore as it is theft what they done and i dont trust them with future payments. They still contacted me even when the dispute was in place and ongoing now i have a Verify Field Agent at my door .....poor company to even speak to absolute joke

The debt they purchased was included in the completed IVA they have still not updated the default date which has to be no later than the IVA start date its been now over 100 days trying to get this sorted and they still haven't completed it and fail to answer emails shocking, asked for them to raise a complaint now 3 times nothing happens Next step is CRA and then ICO!

If I had my way it would be absolute zero this lot of shysters keep sending letters to my address for my son who has not lived with me for around 6 and a half 7 years and he had no idea what this debt was even for in the first place when they first started writing to him when he was here which he told them. Anyway after returning a lot of mail to their PO Box, I had enough and because they say not to use the return mail address for correspondence. I actually opened one of the letters and discovered that it was from these people TM LEGAL demanding payment or bailiffs would be sent around now I have a lot of my deceased husband belongings and I’m not having anyone take them. So I emailed them to explain the situation . I know they got the email as I got an automated response straight back to say it had been received. But I am still to this day receiving letters for my son even though I even told them to check the electoral role and they would see my son had been removed from my address now just this morning another letter turned up from Verify this time saying TMLegal are their clients and they are part of Perch well so are TMLegal from what I can gather it is one company with many hats con people in my book.

if i could give this a 0 i would this company is coming up on my credit score checks for car finace which ive never taken out someone is using my identity clearly and ive told you this but to no avail i dont drive never have dont hold a licence clearly idenety fraud here

Someone has used my identity now this stupid company is begging for me to give loan when I didn't take any loan from them this is very frustrating I have never experienced something like this in my life. I had a stroke and I'm in a lot of stress because of them.

I have now started legal action against this company. I rang them when a letter was sent to tell them the person there looking for dose not live here.i recorded the phone and told them I was.they said thank you very much we will clear the address from the system and you won't here from us again. Nobody will call at the address....to day my tenant tell me a letter was put though the door to day and someone seen on CCTV doing.i told them if they carried on I will sue them so now I will

Lowlifes. Same group of companies as ACI and TM Legal Services. All based in wonderful Blackpool.

They spam my phone from hundreds of different phone numbers to try and avoid blocks (their numbers are always flagged as spam/harassing and auto-blocked anyway) , send me loads of misleading threating emails too. They're chasing dodgy PDL loan debt that they know would get thrown out in court. They always threaten visits from their poorly paid, pathetic Perch Verify agents, but they never come. If they did I'd tell those powerless school dropouts to Foxtrot Oscar. My debt will be statute barred in a few months. Rest assured you will never get a penny from me.

Be warned. They try to chase statute-barred debt. This is old debt where they have actually run out of time to do anything to enforce it such as apply for CCJ but they like to give the impression they can do all sorts.. I believe they are
part of TM legal and verify which all employ the same techniques.. threaten you in the hope to scare people into paying by suggesting they can take steps they actually can't.. then they try to appear to offer you a 'deal'. If you are contacted by this company make sure to check what action can actually be taken.
CCJs older than 6 years are removed from your credit file and they can't be enforced (only if a company reapplied to court for permission but this won't happen because there must be an exceptional circumstances for the court to accept an application.. the fact a company has failed to enforce in 6 years
is not a justifiable reason. There is noway a CCJ can 'go back' on your file once its expired so don't worry about that. Also if its been 6 years since the default on the debt and there have been no payments or acknowledgement of the debt in that time then it becomes statute-barred, which means they have basically run out
of time to seek a CCJ for that debt. Again this company have lots of old debts on their books, seem to have purchased a lot of payday lender debt. They will try their luck but don't be intimidated. Contact citizens advice or another free advice service and do not be tricked into paying or acknowledging
a debt.
