I had a very friendly conversation with a lovely lady in her voice, named Deborah. She is absolutely one of the best customer service officer I've spoken with. Her words were encouraging and I was able to reach at a compromise with my payment. Thanks so much Deborah. So please to have called at this time.

I spoke to a lovely lady called deborah in blackpool office ,really lovely lady who listened and was empathic, she knew her job and not pushy , i was not willing to set up an arrangement till certain issues were resolved but she explained things clearly so i made my arrangement with her ,you have a star worker there!!!! Sue.

Debora the call centre I was dealing with was really clear when discussing issue also very sympathetic to the situation I am in at the moment def five stars

Just had a letter come through that they are making a claim against me, never heard about the company before and definitely have never received anything prior to this letter from them, seems like a scam company to me

Utter scum. Tried to hound me over a debt that isn’t mine. I was scammed and credit taken in my name. I’ve given them proof. No they won’t accept. They sent a clown to my house. A pensioner they thought they’d intimidate. I’ve sent cease and desist letters they’re still hounding me. These and aci scum. Do. Or try and leave a reply. I will not contact you. It’s now with the financial ombudsman. No doubt I will have a generic reply. Here one. Scum

My husband end up taking his life on Christmas Day due to this company. Evil company that continuously hounded us for a debt over about £800. They were rude on the phone and now are demanding proof that my husband is no longer here. The calls started again on the 29th of December.

Beware their debt collectors try and gain info on you from neighbours and try and access your house illegally.

Ignores you when you give bankrupt paperwork including being discharged. Will only reply with how much you owe. Any complaint proceedure seems to be in name only as they dont seem to follow any. How they are still allowed to operate under FCA is a mystery to anyone dealing with them. Useless, ignorant,deaf loan debt company. If Jaws was rebooted, this company would have a staring role as the main character

These people have destroyed my life and any hope of getting a small mortgage. I was in a debt management plan with DFH, and regular payments were made towards a credit card. I cleared my plan in June, and then suddenly on the 2nd of August. Perch Capital placed a default on my credit file. I called them and they said that it was from July 2024 and is showing a zero balance! I have never heard of Perch Capital, nor did I receive any correspondence from them. I am now going to the ombudsman and will take legal advice if necessary. Absolute scum.

A company so bad that even if your making monthly payments, with proof of payments, will openly lie to a court claiming "no payments made" to obtain a CCJ against you.
Do not trust this company with anything. Very shady and underhanded dealings that need looking into

These scumbags are part of ACi debt recovery. Look them up. Absolute thugs run by thugs. Attended at my home on behalf of Aci and left a hand written note about a statute barred debts! Here's the thing. These bottom feeding scumbags buy these legally unenforceable debts for pennies then think you will just pay up with their threats of bullying and intimidation. Not today sunshine. You won't get a round coin out of me. Ps I had a good chuckle when your "agent" did the walk of shame , leaving empty handed, captured on my cctv. Have a lovely day!!

These clowns shouldn’t be in business. Unprofessional, rude, abusive, threatening bullies with no legal power at all. Don’t comply with the regulated guidelines and chase debts they’ve just bought for pennies. The worst of the worst. Reputable businesses should not be using this dodgy outfit.

Perch Capital and their subsidiary ACI are patronising and have a non existent customer service.

One of the worst companies to deal with. Very quick to respond on here; but when you send them a mail or email; they respond haphazardly. It’s as if; the every time you speak with someone they don’t have a record or history of the previous conversations.

Incorrect information added to my TransUnion file. A default date added by Perch in 2021 for an account that was in default in 2018 and paid off fully by 2020!
No response from Perch at all
. Even though I have sent evidence that they are wrong with the original default showing as 2018.
Their incompetence is affecting my credit score and I can’t get a mortgage because of them.
My credit file should have cleared in 2024 - but because of Perch and their made up date it would be 2027.
They are an absolute joke

If I could I'd give zero. They have said about a home visit but the debtor doesn't actually live here. I have sent an email detailing this and to cease contact.

Absolute joke of a company, contacted my email with ACI sent a reply back stating I do not live in Britain and had a reply stating it's gone to their legal company TM Legal. They had the same message to which I've had no reply and then have a message stating they have sent a letter to my address.

This is not possible as I do NOT live in the UK so this is a breach of data protection as their sending letters to people who aren't in the country to a British address they do not live in.

How can someone living outside of the UK have debt in the UK?

Recieved a text message from PerchVerify advising debt collectors will come to my property. Entered reference number on the website on ACI, they did not at any point state who the debt is owed to or the amount, I have since found out they are chasing a debt that is Statute Barred, I believe they are fully aware of this, I will be sending an email to the Financial Ombudsman today with copies of the text message, all emails from ACI showing no details of the amount of the debt.

I will also be copying in the URL of this reviews link so the financial Ombudsman can also see other who have had a silimar experience with this shady company

Step 1: They will attempt to intimidate you in order for you to make contact with them.

Step 2: Once you have made contact with them they will restart the old debt.

Step 3: Once they have restarted to old debt they will be legally able to chase you for it.

DO NOT make ANY contact with them! Do NOT give them your name, your address, your contact details whatsoever.

DO NOT respond to their messages via Trustpilot (see Step 2)

DO NOT phone them (See Step 2)

The are NOT your friends! They are NOT trying to help you.

They ARE scammers buying up ancient depts that they have no chance of enforcing until YOU do Step 2

So... just ignore. They will eventually go away.

Step 4: Tell everyone else to do the exact same as I have told you.
