Having got a problem of my own making, Marks shop were quick and responsive with help. My questions answered promptly and courteously and all my problems solved. Very hard communications initially, once contact made it did improve. However, when difficulties arose, again it became difficult to communicate the issues. Delivery was good and well packaged. Throttle kit instructions were a little vague

We have checked our communication history, we replied with answers within 24 hours. We are putting all our effort to offer the quickest reply as we can. We hope it could quicker like instantly but we are really sorry that we are a small local business so that we are not able to reply email instantly, which is not affordable for us. You can always contact us by live chat, text messages, whatsapp to get quicker replies.
For the throttle instruction, we sent it to our customers, and most of them successfully unlocked the bikes by following it but it could be difficult for some customers, which is normal. If you have any questions, you can let us know and we can arrange a phone call or video call with our engineer to help you. In the meantime, thanks for your feedback and we will try to improve the instructions and make it clearer.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, love my Ado 20s air bike just the right for my motorhome holidays.
For a 65 old man or person's, going to the shops or a little ride out, knowing that I can get home with the assistants of the electric motor. Would recommend Marks shop for byeing your bikes.

Couldn’t be found
Doesn’t answer on both of the numbers, doesn’t respond for a long time. Only has a post code and not an actual address. Hired a car, went there and I couldn’t find the shop. Just wasted my time and money! Very annoying. I wonder how is that you have a business, but you’re not giving the address, so people can’t find the place. It’s almost like something dodgy going on there and it’s like hiding!

Cancelled Order to Northern Ireland
