Your order number is MASP2625, the (UK Stock) ADO A20F+ International Version 250W Motor 25km/h 10.4Ah 20 Inches Folding Electric Bike, Grey / UK Mainland / Separated Throttle*2.
We have sent you an email update once we received an update from the warehouse that there is only the last one of the A20F+ Grey left in stock, and we were wondering if you can accept sending you 1* A20F+ Grey and refund you the other A20F+, please. Or for the other ebike if you would like to swap to another ebikes model, we can solve the price difference.
Also we have let you know that your address is in Northern Ireland not UK mainland ( only mainland on the options when ordering), we normally do not ship to Northern Ireland as the shipping fee is very expensive and we do not have the service center cover outside of the UK mainland. There is an extra shipping fee as well etc. Your reply is to request a full refund, and we have cancelled and fully refunded your order immediately after receiving your response without any delay.
We update and keep our eyes on the stocking everyday, for A20F+ we still have the last one but you requested it all cancelled. The ebikes are selling fast, and there is sometimes a delay on updating the stock during the process, it is normal for all the sellers if there is one or two differences on the stock level within 24-48hrs. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused to you. As always, we put all our effort into delivering the best customer services and we will keep doing this.

Did not receive the item I had paid
I was emailed to advise me I had been sent the correct charger, but with the incorrect port, and was asked to send it back, which I duly did. The new replacement that has arrived is not an original ENGWE charger, and is the cheapest, most lightweight charger I have ever seen, it looks, and feels like it is not worth £10 let alone the £70 i was charged.
I will be asking for a refund, as I have had enough of running back and forth posting incorrect items back.

The second one was resent to you using the quickest delivery and arrived on Easter Good Friday 09:05am 29/03/2024, we understand our customer needs the replacement ASAP. This ENGWE PRO CHARGER has 2 different charging ports, one is the DC2.1 port, one is the XIAOMI port. You have ordered the Engine Pro charger with DC2.1 port*1. From your pictures, we confirm that what we resent to you is the correct one with DC2.1 charging port, original and genuine. All the pictures between these 2 different model chargers have been sent via your email, we can not send the pictures here as it is not available. What we sell are all original and genuine ones from the original manufacturer Engwe, we can send you the receipt which we ordered from original manufacturer Engwe if needed. We confirm that the charger we sent is the correct one for your bike, unless your bike is not Engine Pro and you have ordered the wrong model charger with a charging port.

bike batt charger
great compony to deal with.I had trouble charging the bike battery,and they replied
to my emails st away which is a good thing
After loads of help pics sent etc.It was decided my charger was not the correct
one for the bike.so having a look around the
garage ,I found the charger I was meant to use.
My fault never looked at voltage.
thanks to them ,I am up and running again.

First class service
I needed a brake lever for my ep2 pro and contacted Markshop who asked me to. Send a pic of my broken lever which I did and they got back to me immediately and gave me a link to the correct product.
The brake was a non u.k item and took around 2 weeks to arrive despite it being Chinese New Year.
Fantastic service , highly recommend.
