My ADO Air 20 Pro arrived as promised pretty smoothly. When I had a query about the set up of the bike MarkShop got back to me very swiftly and resolved the issue. The bike was straightforward to assemble.

Delivered on time but after sales is lacking
My order was delivered in a timely manor and the bike was in excellent condition. However, the communication was sadly lacking I asked several times for some information regarding the bike which I never received, I hope the bike doesn't get a fault as the after sales seems to be very poor.

Can you provide and confirm your order number which starts MASP please? You will receive a confirmation email with the order number once you place the order successfully.
