I would like to give massive thanks to Kai Downey, the handler of my case dealt with my claim after the Road accident. He was very helpful with providing me adequate information to enable me to make the best decision, and he is very quick in responding my emails. He is patient, approachable and very friendly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience so far has been very disappointing.

After several weeks of delays in organising my medical appointment then chasing down the expert, the firm has now had my medical report for over four weeks. Despite multiple phone calls prior to this, and several written messages (including a formal complaint), I have still not received a copy of the report or any meaningful response.

This lack of communication is now delaying my ability to proceed with an MRI scan and is holding up the progress of my personal injury claim.

I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of response — even after a formal complaint — is unacceptable.

After complaining to management about my case handler things got worse….missing paperwork, not returning calls for at least five working days, being told they hadn’t received paperwork then to told about a week later they hadn’t and didn’t know why they told me they hadn’t, in other words they lied to me.
They will not listen to you or your concerns, they will use Mickey Mouse “specialists” for reports.
When they received the offer from the other parties on my claim they didn’t even bother to tell me, also didn’t even bother to tell me that the other side had made payment to settle the claim.
Do not use and if you already have the misfortune to be using them write everything down and take notes like I have and push to finalise your claim as soon as possible.
