My elderly Dad was diagnosed with asbestosis and was advised by his respiratory consultant to make a claim for compensation. My mother Joy Cooper used the HSBC will writing service and left her will with Irwin Mitchell for safe keeping.

I believe that my mother’s will was in an ex partner’s file until 2001 when I believe it was given a file of its own.

When my mother passed away, myself and the other beneficiaries were victims of crime, that being inheritance fraud although Irwin Mitchell were not involved in this and had no knowledge of it at the time.

Having since been made aware of this situation, Irwin Mitchell for years claimed they couldn’t find anything in my mother’s name yet recently admitted holding a will in my mother’s name in a file created in 2001.

We also now have proof from Irwin Mitchell themselves that they have lied about this matter, we assume to cover it up.

If that 2001 file is my mother’s will which would explain why Irwin Mitchell have lied about it, then certain solicitors at Irwin Mitchell could be themselves committing a criminal offence that being, “Obstructing the Course of Justice” by their inaction.

This is when you know a crime has been committed and know that you hold evidence that would resolve the matter and bring justice to the victims but choose to turn a “blind eye”

It just needs someone to pull that 2001 file from archives and confirm what we believe it to be and this would allay any suspicion of criminality and exonerate all persons completely.

Meanwhile, my late mother continues to lie officially intestate and our inheritance remains firmly in the hands of those who stole it in the first place.
