Been a poor experience from start to finish, the communication is almost none existence, months went by with continuous chasing for a response, information recorded incorrectly, no response from senior management when we reached out for support. Complaints process elongated to months rather than weeks.

I am glad that I had Admiral Law cover as part of my policy - they were very prompt in setting up a file and their on line portal is very accessible. Also big credit to Siona May Loyns, my case handler, who was very efficient in pressing the claim on the other side who (eventually) admitted full liability for the accident their policy holder caused. Siona responded promptly to all enquiries and kept us up to date with progress. What started out as a painful experience was helped enormously by the service we received from Admiral Law.
