I had the misfortune to need Auxillis's help,as my car was in the garage for an inurance job.

From start to finish the process of arranging, collecting my hire car was effortless. The car arrived on time, The drop off driver had all the time to explain what i needed to do and was very professional. The collection of the car was great, again the drivers were brilliant and nothing was too much. I would definitely use again if I ever need their assistance.

My accident repair was dealt with very quickly and professionally and everyone I spoke to was very courteous and explained the process very clearly.

My personal experience was really good…

My personal experience was really good regarding the speed that everything happened,that my courtesy car was delivered hours before my car was taken for repair and six days later my car was repaired and delivered a few hours before the courtesy car was collected so I wasn't left without a car at any stage so was very pleased with communication and service provided,

Honestly they're awful to deal with
They ignore all correspondence and even their quality (customer service) department won't respond. I am regretting using them and will escalate this to my insurers who introduced us

Auxillis service & communication is appalling - unprofessional company

I have had the misfortune to use this company twice in the last 2 months and it’s safe to say they are appalling. No customer service, no communication, lots of apologies, no ownership of the problem, no one looking for a solution. I booked my Tesla in for repair and gave Auxillis 6 weeks notice of this and agreed to have a car dropped by 10am at the car repair centre. I called 4 days before to confirm all was lined up, they couldn’t get through to Auxillis Egham, I think they are called NorthGate. They emailed them to confirm all booked and to call me but nothing heard. I called car repair centre today who told me no car there, then proceeded to waste an hour of my time speaking to Auxillis getting nowhere.
I have now decided to get my car repaired while I am on holiday and will not be hiring a car at all. Takes the stress away and hopefully stops Auxillis making some money out of the car hire.
I strongly recommend based on my experience you stay well away from this company unless you like stress, incompetence, poor communication on a good day, no communication is the norm.

Auxillis id recommend to anyone

Auxillis were really knowledgable and explained all process really well, i felt i was in safe hands, they dealt with the enquiry quickly, provided me with a hire vehicle and arranged for my car to go in for repairs. Incompetent and uncaring.

The incompetence and lack of care is staggering. My car is going into the repair body shop tomorrow. I was told from day one that Auxillis would be organising my hire car. I received confirmation from Auxillis that all the papers had been sent to my local office, and that I would be sent details 48 hours before delivery of the vehicle. I sent an email at 9.30 this morning because I had still heard nothing. At 2.30 I phoned and got a ridiculous woman who said it would be sorted within 48 hours, which is no use. At 4.30 I called again and spoke to a completely inept man, who said he did not who the hire company would be, because it is outsourced. He said he would transfer to their “cross hire team” but there was no answer. It is now 4.40 and I need a car at 9.30. These people are idiots and totally incompetent.

I was in my situation as a result of a "no fault" accident. I was treated superbly, and felt that my circumstances were always key to the process. Service was timely, and excellent.
