Lyca Mobile has completely failed me
Lyca Mobile has completely failed me. I paid $180 for a 12-month plan and I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve contacted them over 100 times. I’ve called 3-4 times a day begging for help and no one has resolved my issue.
Because of Lyca, I can’t contact my workmates. I can’t reach my doctor or family. A phone that can’t make calls is useless.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. $180 wasted. If you need a phone that actually works, do NOT choose Lyca Mobile. I’m leaving as soon as I can.

Plötzliche Datenunterbrechungen: Meine mobile Internetverbindung bricht häufig und ohne ersichtlichen Grund komplett ab.
Unzuverlässige Erreichbarkeits-SMS: Benachrichtigungen darüber, dass mein Telefon besetzt oder ausgeschaltet war (Anruf-Info-SMS), kommen extrem unregelmäßig an – manchmal funktionieren sie, oft jedoch überhaupt nicht.
Extrem langsame Verbindung: Die Geschwindigkeit der mobilen Daten ist unerträglich langsam und entspricht nicht dem Standard.
Inkompetenter Kundenservice: Bei meinem Versuch, diese Probleme über die Hotline zu lösen, konnten mir die Mitarbeiter nicht weiterhelfen, da sie angeblich keinen Zugriff auf die erforderlichen Kundendaten hatten, um die Störung zu analysieren

Payed every month by top up voucher once used my bank card to top up as machine at shop was down then the next month they take 25 out of my account without my say so so having topped up by voucher it cost me 50 instead of 25....3 months on im still waiting for my money back in my account...took 5 weeks for them to reply to my email...I answered all questions I could about this transaction but still no money returned....I strongly advise anyone not to use this server you will be disappointed....im currently speaking to an ombudsman regarding this matter I know its only 25 but its not the point it was took from my account with no direct debit my say so or anything ....thieves

Ich habe eine eSIM Karte mit…
Ich habe eine eSIM Karte mit entsprechenden Tarif gekauft und scheitere wiederholt an der Registrierung. Ich habe verschiedene Geärte, Browser und Möglichkeiten zur Registrierung probiert und nichts hat funktioniert.
Der Support ist so unterirdisch. Ich habe mir schon gedacht das ist eine betrügerische Webseite. Der telefonische Support hat sich geweigert eine Ticket aufzunehmen. Die Ausage war, dass sie das nicht können.
Die auf der Webseite gelisteten Geschäfte in meiner Stadt gibt es entweder nicht oder haben nichts mir Lycamobil Registrierung zu tun. Die Hotline meinte dann ich soll ihm eine andere Postleitzahl nennen, damit er mir andere Geschäfte nennen kann.
Somit ist Geld weg und ich kann die SIM Karte nicht nutzen. Am Montag geht eine Beschwerden an die RTR raus.
Ergänzung: nun will der indische Support die Email Adresse die ich für die Id Austria verwendet habe, aber dort verwendet man keine Email Adresse. Der österreich Support schreibt andauernd ich soll es weiter probieren.
