They will overcharge you on the day of pick up when you do not have any other option but follow their loot.
If you do not do so, they will steal your property. They will damage it. They ensue that you do not get insurance in advance so that they do not have to pay for their stealing. They will damage your properties. Stay away from them if you want to move safely. I will give them negative start if i could. Please note that business owner has American name but most of the employees in the operation are immigrants from middle east.

I heartily endorse Loadrans Llc! Excellent moving company! helped me relocate my belongings from Louisiana to my new house in Oregon, and they did a good job. incredibly productive and a pleasure to work with. Everything was completed quickly and with care. Strongly suggested!

Movers Sergio & Dennis were great! They loaded everything quickly at the price we agreed upon. I’m hopeful they will be able to deliver in the window the sales person quoted me on the phone, but so far Sergio did a great job with the pickup in my move from Oregon to Texas.

This company was hired by my broker. I would NEVER hire this company as they do NOT care about you at all. This company picked up my belongings on June 28th, 2025. They were supposed to have 2 trucks but only came with 1, but later a driver showed up with a U-haul truck. When they left at midnight, they had all my belongs and had tied my Cal-King mattress to the back of the truck against the door. I had told them that we would be ready for delivery by July 7th. I was told that it could take a week or maybe 2 before they would deliver our things. On the 7th I called and was told that a driver had not yet been assigned to our delivery. The following week I called and was told the same thing, but they added that they have 21 days to deliver. The following week I was told all the same information except this time they added it is 21 business days. They picked up our belongings on June 28th, 2025 and did NOT deliver until August 22nd, 2025. During this time frame my father-in-law became sick and my husband had to go to him. They told me that my items were being loaded and would be delivered the day of his funeral. So I stayed at our new home but on the 13th of August, the day of my father-in-laws funeral they stated that they haven't been able to get a driver and so they wouldn't be able to deliver. I missed seeing him prior to his passing and then wasn't able to go to the funeral as we are several states away. They delivered on August 22nd, a Semi and a shuttle truck. Neither had a lift gate which is what I paid for. Our friends had to bring their tractor over to unload our items. My husband, 2 young men, and myself had to help unload as they only sent 2 people to unload instead of the 4 that I was told would be here. Most of our furniture was broken or destroyed. Antique radio and Jewelry box had the legs ripped off completed. They used tape on my oak table, floor lamp & shade, toolboxes and most anything that they thought they could tape. They had shrink wrap so I don't understand why they felt the need to tape everything a ruin it. We paid a lot of money to have most of our items trashed and now I have to file a claim which can take up to 120 days for them to respond and then my response can take 90 or so days and then... this could take another year before I can enjoy our move. I was told the if they didn't deliver in the 21 business days I would be paid $30 a day. Now they are saying that they actually have 30 business days to deliver and that I would need to add the late fees to my claim. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They do not care about you or your belongings. They didn't care that I missed my father in laws funeral and they didn't care that we had to purchase items to live while we waiting for our things to arrive. I hope this review saves someone from the heartache that we have suffered.

This company doesn't care about you or your stuff. I'm missing boxes from hiring them. They operate from several different names, i googled the phone number and came up with Loadrans, aka Rapid Express and whatever other names they operate from. I tried to file a claim but the paperwork is incomplete.
They should not be in operation.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. The moving brokers I hired hired Loadrans to transport my property from Las Vegas to Syracuse NY. It's been three months and I still do not have my property. They don't answer the phone. They constantly give you the run around about where your property is and when it will arrive. NEVER EVER CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! EVERRRRRRRRRR!

*** Please read this before you consider using Loadrans LLC as your moving company. *** I am in my 60's have moved several times in my lifetime and never write reviews. Upon delivery of our items - boxes were destroyed, boxes are missing, boxes marked fragile were damaged and placed upside down. I can't believe the amount of items that were broken (and my husband has always always commented on how much bubble wrap I use and I have never ever had things broken. It's like they have no regard for your personal items and just threw things around. I will be filing a claim and it will be interesting to see if they every find our missing boxes. - I would highly recommend using another moving company!!!!!!!!!!

Used Coastal Moving Services who contracted out to Loadrans for my move. After all my stuff was picked up (Saturday, August 16), I was told it would be at destination a week from my first available date (8/22 so should be at destination by 8/29). I got a call the following Wednesday (8/20) saying my move was being loaded and would arrive in 4-5 days. 5 days later, nothing. I call and ask when its coming and they say it never got loaded because the driver cancelled so now it wouldn't be loaded until Thursday (8/28) and would arrive Saturday or Sunday (a day or 2 after the date I was given as the last possible date it would arrive). No one ever bothered to update me, no phone call, nothing. I tell them I start work Friday and ask if they can try to get it there sooner. They say "we'll see what we can do." Again, I get no update until I call Wednesday and they say it'll be loaded Thursday (I'd bet all the money I have they did not make the slightest effort to get it there sooner). Get the text Thursday saying its loaded and will be there in 3-4 days and I'll get a call 24 hours before (8/31 or 9/1. Now several days after the "last possible arrival" date I was given. Now we're on day 3 and still no call saying it'll be here by tomorrow so I'm once again calling them for an update on what the delay is this time, when they should be calling me about the delays, AND THERE SHOULDN'T BE THIS MANY DELAYS!!!!!! We're now over a week after when I as told my things would arrive and several days after what I was given as the "last possible arrival" dates. I'm getting no updates unless I call (and when I do its always a 20 minute ordeal to get anyone who knows what they're talking about. Will NEVER use them for a move again

Recommendation

Worse moving company. Had to call multiple times to get my 75 year old dad’s furniture delivered. Took a week from original delivery date to deliver. Plus the original price was doubled upon delivery.

Delivered with 15 min notices then when they showed up the actual movers took another hour to get there.

Several broken items. Poor communication. Received stuff that wasn’t his AND they left all the packing garbage on the side wall. Took us 9 black garbage bags to take everything to the dump.

From the beginning the movers showed up 6 hrs late, showing up after office hours so I couldn’t report the enormous increase of price from what I was initially quoted. I had a long distance move from Calif. to Florida where I am still waiting for my household goods to arrive (1 1/2 months) now. When trying to communicate with people on the phone I have been hung up on three times, barely any response by email with the account manager who lies saying my goods are in transit when they are not. I’ve been paying a lot of money for two months now for an empty storage. I will definitely be taking legal steps for breach of contract. I just pray my things are not damaged, missing, or worse. I would not recommend this horrific unprofessional company to anyone!!!

Problems from the beginning. Absolutely terrible. In the end, weeks behind. Inaccurate information provided throughout—if any was provided at all. Hung-up on numerous times. In the end, they lost 1 package and broke a custom made dresser. This move cost me thousands of additional dollars because of their inaccurate communication.

Worst moving company ever! DO NOT USE! This also applies to Top Tier movers who subcontracted them and would offer no help! Their customer service is non-existent. On calling, it goes to music, not even saying who they are! Then they hang up on you! They over charge based on cubic feet (which they intentionally pack poorly to increase space), and upcharge for EVERYTHING! They did not even clean up when they packed out! I’m submitting a complaint to the BBB!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company. Despite clearly communicating our building’s move-in restrictions—including permitted days and times—from the outset and reiterating them multiple times throughout the process, the company failed to coordinate accordingly. As a result, the movers arrived on a Friday evening, even though our building only allows weekday moves during business hours. This lack of planning forced us to pay a significant additional fee for weekend storage—an entirely avoidable cost with proper scheduling on their part.

To make matters worse, several items from our shipment were missing, including patio chairs, a small ottoman, and a step ladder.

We also received multiple damaged items:

A mattress that was left completely uncovered, arrived filthy, and had clearly been dragged on the ground

A buffet (bottom piece) that was dropped and sustained visible damage

Side tables with broken or missing knobs and no screws provided

A floor lamp that was unprotected during transit and arrived scratched and dented

Additionally, many of the boxes were in rough condition, and since we have not fully unpacked yet, we expect to discover more damage in the coming weeks.

We’ve contacted the company with photos and a detailed account, but have yet to receive a meaningful response. Given the lack of professionalism, care, and accountability throughout this process, we cannot recommend this company.

I would give them zero if I could, charge me $385 just for the package area which was plastic wrap paper and tape broke. I received a TV stand cracked only had two brand new mattresses folded in half now there is a big crease in both, two bed frames, and desk delivered and And only receive 4 out of my 17 boxes. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The brokerage company is Coastal moving company out of Florida. They seem really cool like they really know what they were doing and ended up being horrible. Horrible horrible. I'm still waiting to see what I'm going to get back. I had very important papers being shipped. Books, school books, computer, computer pieces, wires everything. Expensive pillows and blankets. Clothes, toiletries, everything a two-bedroom apartment would. all I got was four boxes out of the 17 I was quoted $2,400 I ended up paying $3,100 nobody knew what they were doing, even the delivery man and a big big truck. No words on the side. No name of the company or anything. Just a guy named Chris who had no idea what he was delivering. I ended up with someone's big treadmill is in my driveway. So now someone is missing expensive treadmill. Couldn't even get it in my house. I didn't want to get it in my house but just a complete horrible experience. Stay away for your own sanity. The date of July 6th was the day it all started. I actually got the items about July 29th or something but it was just what y'all spend a nightmare. And Cal State moving has already offered me $500 to take the review down off of the better Business bureau which I have just started writing my reviews about all of these companies stay away. Where to begin? First, they are unreachable through the phone unless you go through your broker, so getting in touch with them to solve a problem is especially challenging. Second, upon pick up, the loaders made me pay for the job with cash and CC despite our initial agreement that I could pay entirely with a CC. The company has incredibly inconvenient policies that (when you read the fine print) are designed to protect their terrible business practices, which are totally inconvenient for you as a customer. Finally, I'm not sure whether they run a background check on the subcontractors they use because the foreman of my crew was positively unprofessional, didn't perform the service I paid for, tried to make it up by coming back the next day (after I was leaving town) to deliver the service, implied that he could have stolen one of my money orders, brought his young child which would have been fine except that she has needs which he had to ignore to perform the move-in (so uncomfortable), used so much personal flattery and compliments on the verge of flirting, and generally, was sketchy. It felt so unsafe after the movers had already been so uncommunicative. I felt bullied and because I couldn't speak with a calm measured customer service person it was especially jarring. Many of my things showed up mostly broken and with an incomplete inventory so reporting that on top of trying to get a refund for the lack of services performed at the time of delivery is like a total nightmare. STAY AWAY.

First and foremost, I did not choose to work with this company, I was saddled with them when I stupidly chose to work with a group called "Battle Moving Company". Battle Moving Company misrepresented themselves claiming to be a full service moving company. When I spoke to "Sam" from Battle on the phone he assured me (and the website says the same unless you REALLY look) that they are a full service moving company. They are not. They are brokers and I ended up with Loadrans LLC who actually did the move. The only reason I went Battle in the first place is that I was ASSURED a fast move (I moved from Colorado to Florida) because they "need to get the truck back to Florida asap so it'll be less than a week before delivery". Boy, was that untrue. I was also given a "discount" because "we already have a truck going that way so you can share it". Well that discount flew out the door pretty quick. The amount I was originally quoted by Battle Moving Company nearly ended up being double what I ended up paying in the end to Loadrans. I anticipated a slight change in the cost, but not that much. The day of pickup (which the ONLY positive thing I can say about Loadrans is they showed up on time) was the day I found out that Battle Moving Company was not picking up my stuff and only when my items were actively being loaded onto the truck. I was stuck with Loadrans LLC, who were beyond dreadful. Absolute scum of the earth moving company. ZERO communication throughout my move, which by the way took....wait for it...FIVE 1/2 weeks! After 2 weeks I began calling almost daily. My calls/voicemails/email/texts were generally ignored or if I got someone on the phone I was always told "another 3-5 days" or "the truck is close" and even once I got a "you will 100% have your stuff by the weekend"--that one occurred 2 weeks before I got my stuff and came from "John" who is apparently the freight manager (no idea if that is true). “John” also said I’d get some sort of discount for the inconveniences I had been experiencing (that didn’t happen). It took threats of legal action and reporting them to news stations, lawyers and pretty much everyone I could think of that I finally found out 3 weeks after my stuff was picked up that it was sitting in a warehouse in Colorado (again…it was 5 1/2 weeks until my stuff finally arrived).
When my stuff finally arrived (which I'm still unpacking) every single box was crushed, furniture scratched and dented, rubber tubs broken and collapsed. Boxes were so dirty it almost looked like it was stored outdoors. I've moved across country before and know how to pack and in previous moves none of my boxes/bins were crushed or broken. But despite my very careful packing with copious amounts of bubble wrap, packing paper, etc., as I have done in the past, pretty much every box had something broken in it. The only conclusion I can assume is that my boxes were tossed around willy-nilly or honestly driven over by a forklift. My computer which was wrapped in practically an entire roll of bubble wrap AND wrapped in a comforter has a badly cracked screen and is unusable. A very expensive and irreplaceable antique armoire (that they actually wrapped in moving blankets and plastic) is badly gouged on the top. HOW could all this have happened unless my boxes and furniture were treated with extreme negligence. The 2 guys who unloaded my stuff took 3 hours to do so (it only took an hour to load) and were wearing flip-flops. I haven't even begun to tally up not only the cost of damages, but the loss of income I experienced as not only was this a move of my personal items, but of my small business (which all that I need to run it was on the truck). DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I can only assume that any good reviews out there are fake!

Do NOT use this company. Our family moved states, and not only were they late on shipping our furniture, but they completely wrecked a solid majority of the items. They have broken my desk to pieces, mirror was shattered, record player was broken, chair was ripped in half, memorable items that had been saved for years have been lost including a few boxes of clothing. Not only this, but we will not be receiving a refund for the clothes and missing items because it was in the "contract". Once again, I HIGHLY recommend using another moving company.
