Elton and Arturo from Loadrans did a fantastic job packing and loading out home. They really went the extra mile and we appreciate their time and effort. Would recommend!

UPDATE: WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO GET THE REST OF OUR THINGS AFTER ALMOST TWO LONG YEARS. WE WERE SO APPRECIATIVE THAT LOADRANS WAS ABLE TO LET US RETRIEVE OUR ITEMS FROM STORAGE WHERE EVERYTHING WAS PACKED IN THE UNIT WITH PRECISION. THE TWO GUYS WHO MET US THERE WERE AWESOME AND ONE OF THEM TOLD ME HE THOUGHT I COULD USE A HUG AND HE HUGGED ME. THAT MADE ME CRY HAPPY TEARS. WE WERE ABLE TO GET BACK ALL OF OUR FAMILY PICTURES AND OUR BIBLES, SO MANY MEMORIES THAT WOULD’VE BEEN LOST. THANK YOU, LOADRANS. WE KNOW PRIME LINE VAN LINES SCREWED YOU GUYS JUST LIKE THEY SCREWED US AND WE’RE REALLY SORRY.

Run, do not walk, away from this company!!! We hired a broker (who assured us they were movers) to move us from Idaho to Arizona. Our original bid was $5168. Three days before the move it jumped to $19,990, then the day of the move it went to $23,990. We kept being assured the errors in calculation would be reconciled which never happened. Loadrans was hired to bring our 46' truckload to our home where it was supposed to have stayed until the day of the move. We ended up with a 26' truck, then they rented a 20' U-Haul and our things were moved several times.
Loadrans agreed to accept $1k, we would bring our own truck and movers and pay them cash once we saw our belonging. They were to call us back with a pick up address which they never did. We ended up calling and were told they now wanted $2500 wired three days prior to move and they would deliver our things. Their reviews show they want money wired and then never deliver so we refused. We were able to get 70% of our things (very long story) but they are holding 30% with a replacement cost of $25k. I gave them ample warning to deal with us or I would report them to all applicable agencies and all reviewing websites. I see now that they also go by Rapid Moving Solutions so beware!!!!

This company is part of a scam initiated by Coastal Moving Services. Coastal Moving Services lowballs you to get you to agree to using them. Then they farm you out to Loadrans moving company. Loadrans is the worst company ever!!! They do not respect you or your belongings. Between the two companies my price went from $3,200 to $6,100. I was bumped once by Coastal Moving Services and then by the driver when they picked up my belongings. Loadrans finally delivered my belongings and waived any more payments. So I ended up paying $4,200 to have my belongings picked up from Las Cruces NM and taken to Albuquerque NM and then back to Las Cruces NM. All my furniture was damaged and my motorcycle was damaged too. These people don’t respect your belongings. All the boxes were crushed too. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!!!

Nick and Eric are so amazing!! They’re so helpful and their customer service is really good. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a moving company. They helped me to move from LA To San Francisco. Incredible guys!

Love this company! Second time using Loadrans LLC for my move and I had great experiences. Dos and his team had been tremendously helpful and understanding. Grateful to the company and the crew especially for their hard work!

Loadrans really delivered on their promise. The whole move was stress free. They handled both fragile items and heavy stuff with the same care.

The driver kept in touch during the whole cross-state move which gave me peace of mind. All my furniture made it without a scratch. 5 stars.

I am rating this company a zero. From the beginning they have been dishonest, rude and treats women with no respect. They got the quote wrong from the start, and when the truck arrived, it was only one-third of a small truck - I told them I have a 4-bedroom, 4-car garage house. When they tell you someone is going to call you, it never happens. When you call customer service, they are rude and can’t wait to get you off the phone. When I FINALLY received my furniture, 2 weeks to go from Washington to Idaho, I had several items damaged, and one item completely destroyed. I have asked for replacement or compensation but have not heard a word from them. Not a surprise, so I will have to take other steps to get my compensation.

I started out with safeship which was a broker big mistake the rip-off began from day one after they promised me the world low bid me and then screwed me . I was transparent about everything I told him exactly how much I had and what I had then they Source out everything they probably go for the cheapest they could find so I ended up with this company .These are not professional movers they were day laborers didn't give a shit about anything .I told these people I had Collectibles fragile Collectibles they treated them like rubbish everything's broken they don't care they lie they play games like one person pretends to be a good cop the other one's a bad cop they tell you your a VIP when actually it's crap service you get guys that don't even want to be on the job that give you a hard time complaining they are not getting paid enough and argue the whole time they're there after you've paid tens of thousands of dollars for this move . Basically they're just day laborers really know nothing about moving .They pack the trucks with the delicate stuff on the bottom the heavy stuff crushing it . When they open the back of the U-Haul trucks it look like a little kid threw in their toys things were sideways upside down there were no straps holding anything in it was shameful . I have so much damage it's not even funny and I don't even think they're going to cover their damage because it's all a game they don't give a damn. stay away from these people don't use a broker go straight to a credited moving company. The people that picked up my stuff in California part of this company were crap they didn't wrap anything they charged me for packing everything's in paper they put all my tiffany lamps in a box with no wrapping we know what that look like when it got here they broke chairs they broke tables unreal everything was marked fragile .I guess nobody knows how to read or they have such good insurance they don't give a damn. They strong arm you for money . It's one price and then it's a whole nother big price. They probably already know that it's going to be a crap job maybe throw out some insurance claim money and go on to the next person because they already made their money. We'll see if they pay up on all the damage somehow I think they'll weasel the way out of it like they've done through this whole thing of being not responsible . Worst experience ever I have had four coastal moves and one European move never been through anything like this. Everything so outsourced that nobody knows what the other person's doing they're accounting people didn't know I paid it was just a fiasco and every possible way . They should all burn in hell.
