Was very lucky got the same team..they did s really great job again..they did a amazing job with my delivery

since others have already said they encountered the SAME lies and scam I will just keep it short.

Rick "the owner" was a very smooth salesman and told me they would beat any price, my stuff would be on ONE truck the whole time and that it would most likely be there in 5 days. It literally was the complete opposite. They added thousands more when it came down to it, they had my stuff in some storage unit for God knows how long and after 17 days my stuff just arrived with 14 boxes missing and a couple other items no where to be found

The owner Rick blocked my number and stopped responding to my messages though he claimed to be available throughout the entire move. The guys who delivered seemed like they are told to just stick to the script and tell me to file a claim. I literally have 14 BOXES missing!! Not a couple but now I'm not sure what is missing and what actually made it here.

You call the number and get a run around. Oh I forgot to mention they tried to call the NIGHT BEFORE MOVE DAY to reschedule it for 3 days later!!! Ummm NO I have to leave this current apt on time AND it was 12 hours notice!

The liar Rick also stated that they have their own warehouses that they would just park MY truck (said my stuff wasn't gonna leave the truck) in storage if I happen to get there after them. Considering I drove from Ca to Tx is 3 days and it took them 17 is ridiculous.

They operate under Applause but they really are Top Tier Movers who also have crappy reviews for scams.

Now I wait to see if these scam artist even find my missing stuff.

Please please please do not use this company!!! They literally lie to your face and hold your belongings hostage until you pay more. I am completely defeated with this entire move because I had to worry for WEEKS about my belongings and sure enough it's missing a bunch of my stuff.

The "insurance" is done through some third party company and zero assistance or info other than them sending a generic claim form. The whole place is a joke and I regret giving them a dollar let alone $6k!!!

They guys did amazing job , they took a care of all my belongings. Moving with these guys was really easy I would highly recommend them.

I used this company when I moved items from California to Kansas. My items have been in storage so I didn’t go through everything but I have multiple items missing. I wouldn’t use this company again

Was unknowingly connected to Loadrans LLC through Costal Moving. Costal Moving is a broker that only contracts you up with other moving companies. You will more than likely pay much more than the first quote. The initial load up was fine. The movers did try to add a long walking distance fee to the initial move. I had a tracker on my belongs and saw that our stuff sat in a random warehouse for over a week. When second the moving truck finally arrived (rather late in the evening) my belonging were crammed into a Penski truck with serval other people's belongings. The movers worked hard but, kept asking me what items belonged to me. They had the order for deliveries mixed up and had to unload another persons furniture in my drive way before getting to mine. I had to find my mattress mixed up with someone else's furniture. The movers I was set up with also said I could only pay in cash, money order, or Zelle which felt rather shady. I initially tried to pay with Venmo, but Venmo had issues because it looked like a scam. A few of our things were damaged and broken during the move as well.

They put the wrong date on moving things, charged $1100 more than agreed on, damaged things, lost things, customer service is non existent. I would not use them.

FRAUD! DO NOT USE!!!

If you are reading this, please take this as your sign to NOT use them as your moving company. Do not believe the sales tactics – no matter how nice they are and how convincing. They’re all liars, scam artists, and cheats. Do not believe any of the reviews – if you look closely you can tell they’re all paid bots. Specifically, Nick Davis, Alex, Ian, Evan, Chelsea, Tim, Celine, Vitalli, Val, Tima, and Jay Long were complete scam artists – if those are even these people’s real names. However, the owner vitalii senovskyi is absolutely a fraud, scammer.

Summary: I was quoted $2,600 and ended up paying $5,700 total for my move. I was promised I would receive my things within 4 days – it took 10 days, only after I made complaints with the department of transportation and filed a police report. I am an attorney and was thankfully knew which avenues to use–I feel horrible for the average person dealing with this moving company.

Long story:

I was quoted $2,600 from Applause Moving and Storage for my move. I was promised they weren’t brokers and they would handle the move directly – a lie. I was promised IN WRITING my belongings would be delivered in 4 days and that the truck would not be shared with any one. Yet another lie.

Once I had the quality check, my price went up $1,200 (after you give a non-refundable deposit) – I knew I was going to end up paying more because that’s how moving companies are, but this doesn’t even scratch the service on how horrible things got. On the day of my move, two guys show up and are (1) extremely disrespectful, (2) slow, and (3) dangerous/threatening. After they moved everything in the uhaul, suddenly the quote became $3,000 more–so $5,700 TOTAL. Then, after raking me over the coals financially, they demanded I tip them. I gave them the cash I had on me just to get them to leave me alone, but that was not enough. They then cornered my mother demanding more tips and then called me on my personal phone demanding tips. I feared not only for my belongings, but my personal safety.
And of course, once they had my belongings, the written four-day delivery promise disappeared. Suddenly I was told it would be 10 business days. I called and emailed repeatedly and got nothing but excuses, lies, and the runaround. Alex at Loadrans kept claiming they had 21 business days to deliver my belongings. Do not believe that. That was not what I agreed to, and it was not what Applause promised me in writing.
I ended up filing complaints with the DOT, contacting everyone involved, and filing a police report. The only reason I had any idea where my belongings were was because I had hidden an AirTag in my stuff. Otherwise, I genuinely believe I would have been completely in the dark.
I finally got my belongings about 10 days later, but only after raising absolute hell. This company took a simple move and turned it into a nightmare of bait-and-switch pricing, broken promises, intimidation, and complete dishonesty.
I would not recommend Applause Moving and Storage, Loadrans, or any related company to anyone. Not to my worst enemy. Get everything in writing, record everything, put trackers in your belongings, and be prepared to fight for your own property. Better yet, avoid them entirely.

Loadrans LLC was the carrier contracted by Coastal Moving Services to handle my interstate move from Newport, OR to Seattle, WA. From start to finish, this was a nightmare experience.
Communication was a red flag from the start. Loadrans refused to provide an email address for any correspondence, meaning everything was handled verbally or via text — a tactic that conveniently limits your paper trail. On pickup day, I lost hours to back-and-forth negotiations over surprise charges that had no basis in my original quote. When disputes arose, the movers would call their boss on the phone and speak in a language other than English, leaving me completely in the dark about what was being communicated. The boss never once got on the phone to speak with me directly. It felt deliberately designed to keep the customer disoriented and out of the loop.
One of the most blatant upcharges: I was charged extra for stairs beyond seven steps, despite having clearly disclosed during the quoting process that my apartment was on the second floor. I’d genuinely like someone to explain how you reach a second floor in seven steps or less. This felt less like a legitimate fee and more like a predatory tactic used on customers once they’re already committed to the move.
Upon delivery, they again demanded more money beyond the confirmed final price. I refused to pay it and told them they could keep my belongings — I was not going to be extorted beyond what had already been agreed upon. Only once I called their bluff did they relent and honor the previously confirmed price.
This is not how a legitimate moving company operates. Loadrans LLC refused to communicate by email, conducted negotiations in a language the customer cannot understand, and demanded additional payment beyond a confirmed final price at the moment of delivery. These are predatory practices that may violate FMCSA regulations governing interstate carriers. If Loadrans is assigned as your carrier — whether through Coastal Moving Services or any other broker — do your research first.

Guys did amazing, incredibly kind, quick, and trustworthy. Would hire again!

They showed up on time and were careful when moving our items. Sam and his partner were very polite.

Loadrans LLC delivered household goods from Colorado to Kansas, loading and unloading goods into 3 different trucks. When the truck came to final destination and started unloading, 90% of items were broken - even large items as the TV. All dish sets and glass sets were damaged. Furniture was scuffed, marred, and even corners broke completely off. We submitted a claim to CSI and they said Loadrans only pays by the pound and offered to pay $178.88 total. To replace all these contents would be $5000.00. And now they won't even answer their phone when we call. Worst service we have ever encountered.

Incomplete and Unprofessional Moving Service

The team did not complete the job and left before several agreed-upon tasks were finished. They left packing quilts behind, discarded packing tape and trash throughout the home, and failed to reassemble furniture that had been taken apart. During the move, crew members were also watching videos on their phones, which significantly slowed progress and contributed to the job taking much longer than necessary.

When I attempted to address the unfinished work, the crew left while I was still trying to speak with them. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable

SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, and EARS from having to listen to them repeat themselves, give false information, or none at all. The WORST communication from moving company/drivers. Constantly working on a schedule with no ETA. They LOVE to not tell you things until you’re locked in. And I went through Coastal Moving Services so I didn’t even have a choice. My info was sourced to Loadrans. With every step, new info was given and what was supposed to be $4000, went up to $6034, then they told me about a shuttle they have to now being because a semi won’t fit so it’s $1/cubic foot. Well I had almost 1000 cubic feet. Final total was now $6900. $2900 more than I expected and you have no choice but to get them the money because they have your belongings. NEVER AGAIN!!
